Every summer, the friendly team of Raymond Predhomme has the honors of the newspaper so much the guests flows and devotes this small combination! The president accommodates you with the smile and will guide you towards the authentic landscapes of Thiérache. One appreciates the various courses proposed with sometimes of beautiful accelerations, in full safety. On Oise or the narrow and fast Tone, there is always material to give pleasure. And the summer, what a happiness to divide a good barbecue after one day sporting! Indeed, the organization is with the small treatments and the embers are hot on your return! Brilliant. Then, no hesitation, take the paddles and come to have fun in family. And if you still have a little energy, you can even rent a mountain bike to set out again on the roads. A beautiful outing to be privileged. Attention, success oblige, the calendar is very charged in summer month.

AQUASPACE

At the back of Dassault Park, this aquatic centre has been a real success since it opened in 2008. The diversity of activities avoids the concentration of bathers and allows everyone to find what they are looking for. The play area is undoubtedly the most successful with a 120 m outdoor river, a very large animation pool, two slides, a play lagoon very popular with children (directional water jet, playful locks, water mushroom, bubble plate) ... For the sportsmen, the most is the three-metre diving board and the ten-metre diving pit. Originality, you can rent an aquabike without integrating a course. Finally, on the relaxation side, you will appreciate in particular the 31°C balneotherapy pool, the two saunas, the hammam, the cold water well and the hot slab. There is a pleasant outdoor area to enjoy the soothing surroundings of the park from deckchairs and under the shade of parasols. The work undertaken in 2018 is very much appreciated, with the renovation of the tiled floor of the changing rooms, showers and sanitary facilities, as well as the renovation of the public-side disrobing area, and the renewal of the undressing booths. This beautiful facility is next to the new ice rink and a large park with games and animals.

LE TOUQUET, CÔTÉ NATURE

Hiking

2 reviews

In the heart of a hundred-year-old forest of maritime pines, poplars and alders, planted from 1855 to 1882 on 800 hectares of dunes, 50 km of marked forest trails are reserved for pedestrians. They allow you to discover, while walking, another facet of Le Touquet under its natural aspect, starting from the Palais de l'Europe. If you are tempted by the discovery of the bay, the Le Touquet villas and the local flora, take the Daphné or La Pomme de Pin trails which will offer you superb views at the price of a few short climbs and winding detours in the shade of the trees. The Feuille de Chêne trail crosses the forest to meet its rich flora and fauna. But the most beautiful walk to be done is certainly the long Argousier walk (plan a picnic!), which crosses dunes and goes along the sea.
