Christophe Cloet is a discreet, reserved brewer, lover of artisanal beer. This former engineer in the public works decided one day to launch his own business, in beer! A snorkeling, he knows his ranges in terms of brewing. After 5 years of amateur brewing, he chose Ostricourt to install his micro-brewery. It was in 2010. Flamine comes from the contraction of Flemish and Mine, a way of paying tribute to the northern region.
