The Shaolin Mon Association, chaired by Philippe Saint-Solieux, has been in existence since 1974 and has benefited for over 40 years from the experience of four teachers all masters of their discipline. Here, the 80 adherents follow the so-called Jisey do method, an energy path midway between taï-chi-chuan and qi gong. The two-hour courses take place at the Vaugirard Littré gymnasium (6 ^th) on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday and are structured in two parts. The first part, close to qi gong, therefore mainly energy, begins with breath work and respiration, the first step of progressive meditation. This promenade owes its name to its first five kilometres, along the aqueduct of the Old Church between the pond of the Tower and that of the Perray. On this portion, follow the markup in blue lilies. The curious ones will mark short stops here and there to read the interpretive signs that retraçent the construction of the book. Arrive at the pond of Perray-en-Yvelines, bend it and pass under the railway line; you will reach the city centre in a few shots, before you hire yourself, at the height of the Cross Saint-Jacques, left on the bicycle path. It was on the initiative of the municipal team that this walk was developed. Admittedly, the village is small - 1 km ² at most - but its visit is nevertheless interesting. So to your brands, ready, leave! This loop will lead you to a former Seigneurial estate, a royal hunting area known since the Middle Ages, and then to the Sisters'Park. Now very small, it was once the most important area of the city. Under Napoleon III, it even housed a castle, which unfortunately had to be destroyed in 2009 because it was too dilapidated. These three small islands are surprisingly well-preserved and surrounded by greenery, just a short distancefrom the urban core of Créteil. From the Saint-Maur-Créteil RER station, go towards the Marne following the RN186, cross the Créteil bridge, and you are on the Brise-Pain island. Go to the Sainte-Catherine island via the central alley. To the south, join the Pie bridge and turn left towards the Ravageurs island. Turn around and go back to the harbour along the towpath.

It almost looks like a Monet or Renoir painting, and for good reason! The environment offered by this promenade was a source of inspiration for these painters of the ^19th and ^20th centuries. The history of Camillienne dates back to the previous century. At the time, this neighbourhood house brought together young people from the parish of Bercy.
