The Milly-la-Forêt Equestrian Center covers an area of 10 hectares, on the edge of the Fontainebleau forest. Ideally located in the forest, at the gates of the city, this 18 hole golf course (by 72) contains a splendid Anglo-Norman club. Drawn by Tom Simpson (British golf architect) in 1920, this 1909 journey (one of the oldest in France) is recognized as one of the most beautiful in the country and even in Europe (it was recently ranked 6 ^th best European route by specialists in discipline!). This is one of the many boarding stables for private horses in the region. Les Écuries d'Hermières are charming stables, on the historic site of the village, on the edge of the woods with a riding school, an arena and a dozen hectares of meadows where your horses can run free. Your horses have a comfortable box and are particularly well catered for. The owners come to ride their horses and benefit from the facilities to work them or relax on the surrounding footpaths.

A whole concept: here, you come to buy a bike or find a spare part in a much nicer atmosphere than in a classic shop. The Etrier de Paris is an association of Law 1901 created in 1895, which now comprises about 1 000 members around equestrian practice. The facilities are spread over two sites located in the heart of the Bois de Boulogne and the doors of Paris, easily accessible by car or public transport. The Etrier in Paris includes a shetland and dual pony pony, two horse riding schools, from beginners to Amateur Competition 4, and a large owners'team. The courses of Krav Maga in the Form Circles are among the most remote in Paris. Located in the heart of the Meudon forest, this equestrian centre is the ideal place for both small and large. Here, all formulas are possible, whatever their level. There are a lot of interesting courses, such as Collectifs, hunter, Dressage, CTE, TREC, Barrel Race, Ethologie, etc. Every Saturday and Sunday morning, walks in the nature are organized. This great association offers locals and the curious the chance to get together several times a week to explore the local paths and trails. The first and third Wednesdays of each month are devoted to a ten-kilometre walk in the Montmorency forest, Friday mornings are devoted to brisk walking, Friday evenings to sustained walking and Sundays are devoted to hiking, two or three times a month. Among the 700 riding centers in Île-de-France, there are only five or six that specialise in horse and carriage driving. La Ferme du Vieux Château is one of them. It is run by Jacques André, who is well known in the horse and carriage driving world. He offers different formulas at the Stables: from initiation to two or four day rides through the Brie countryside with his Haflingers. You can stay at the Ferme du Vieux Château, or even retain a service for your wedding.

This golf course, located between Montereau and Voulx, is renowned for the quality and beauty of its journey. This past, varied and technical site is set on a natural, hilly and wooded site of 98 hectares, surrounded by a magnificent stone building, a former farmhouse dating from the th century, originally surrounded by a moat. After effort, comfort at club-house or traditional restaurant with a map where fish is very present. You can dine in the hunting room, rustic and warm, with a beautiful fireplace, in the large room with windows or under the veranda, overlooking the route and the surrounding countryside.

Designed in 1989 by Michel Gayon, this 104-hectare course has 27 holes + 9 compact holes. Situated just off the Francilienne motorway, the noise of cars and trucks can unfortunately disturb golfers' concentration. But the Lésigny golf course remains a very pleasant place to play. A hotel and restaurant are also available. Since 2009, an endangered breed of wild sheep has been introduced to the golf course.

Located on a site steeped in equestrian history and opening onto the Fontainebleau forest massif, the Picotin team is exclusively passionate about equestrian tourism, i.e. the practice of horse riding in the great outdoors, whatever the level of rider. It has to be said that their region lends itself to this: the banks of the Loing, the sand quarries of Poligny, Moret-sur-Loing, the forest of Montargis... and of course the forest of Fontainebleau, which they let riders discover for 1 hour, 2 hours, half a day or more. Founded in 1987 by Louis Clériot, 7 ^th dan and forerunner of aikido in France, Aikido club Parisian is a sports association established in the 14 ^th arrondissement of Paris. The club, affiliated with the FFAAA, brings together approximately 200 practitioners of all ages and all levels (150 adults and 50 children last year), in a studious atmosphere and particularly convivial. The courses take place in two different dojos, the Guilleminot Sports Hall (14 ^th) and the Rosa Parks Sports Hall (14 ^th), and are provided by Philippe Chekler, 4 ^th dan. They are open to all, both beginners and confirmed, and closely follow the method put in place by Christian Tissier, the French reference in aikido. Children are accepted from age 6 and benefit, category by category, from specific education. To go further in the acquis, many themes are organized all year round to work the various weapons (stick, knife, sword). Finally note that the first test course is free!

This private club, with its 400 members, enjoys an exceptional environment in greenery in the heart of the Bois de Vincennes. For the little story, the little Henri Leconte came to enter his first balls before moving to other short ones. The club has four land, all of which are beaten.
