VILLA MACAO
Read moreThe fruit of citrus fruits in the marsala reveals astonishing flavours. But it would appear that opinions are very divided on the quality of the restoration.
AL ANDALUS
Read moreParquet, arabesques, mirrors, lighting lights, wrought iron tables and chairs, low tables and seats on the mezzanine. Al Andalus impresses with its flamenco atmosphere and the tiled tiles of its facade. Less than two black paintings on both sides of the door, indicating the sweet names of "tapas tapas" (homemade tapas), sangria and "Femsa Cruzcampo" (beer in Seville)… Despite this authentic atmosphere that promises a lot of warmth and conviviality, the reception is quite remote, service at the counter does not help. We saw places as cramped as where the waiters were in the table without a confusing bell bell to announce that it was ready- Concerts take place on Thursday, Friday and Saturday evening, but at the Spanish time: before 21 p. m. (and this is early), you will hear only infancy and other guitar agreements. The quality of the tapas and the proposed consumption is rather good, but this brand-new address would only improve!

OH ! CHINOIS
Read moreA basic Asian self with all the classics: nems, painted duck, Cantonese rice, soups and even sushi.
You can enjoy on-site or take home. It's better because it's true to eat on the plastic box, drink tea with jasmine in a glass… Plastic, too, it is not joy!
LE NEGOCIATAIRE
Read moreA smart address to furnish itself in the rustic high end without getting ruined. Le, malin like not two, uncovers here and there for collection and removal of plant. He exposes them in stores and displays prices up to 20% cheaper than elsewhere. All you have to do is slip between dining rooms, tables, chairs, lounges and bedrooms. And you are furnished at less cost!
RAJPUT
Read moreAround the Semaphore, in this Quartier/Porte de France area, where the world's cuisines come closer, Nîmes shows a beautiful cosmopolitan face. In front of the Ganesh, the Rajput is the other good Indian restaurant, Rajasthan exactly, even if the boss is Pakistani. Here you will also be greeted after 22 h with a smile. The map offers a rich list of typical dishes, many white meats, skewers, tandooris, spicy fish, seafood or vegetarian plates (from 8 €). Everything is colourful and reasonably recorded. Naans in cheese, patties of the French, are made on site, such as chapatti, bread without leaven in full wheat, accompanied by dall (pink coral lenses at curry & coco), chicken to cashew-ginger, madras lamb or le tikka. One day you can taste the royal biriani, a sumptuous mixture of shelled crustaceans, vegetables and rice end to the 27 spices. A 29 €, the dish, you will have for your taste buds! In the summer, a few tables on the perpendicular sidewalk take advantage of the culinary journey and live music from the Prolé!
LA PLANCHA
Read moreAs soon as it opened, La Plancha signed a small revolution in the world of catering and nightlife. A wine and cocktail bar, this establishment also wanted to be resolutely attached to a quality cuisine, from the terroir to the Basque tendencies... but also to the celebration. The challenge has been met and the ultra-contemporary setting makes it one of the favourite addresses of the Tarbais. Success requires, before taking place in this atypical hangar, a hybrid of bodega with an indus spirit, think about reserving! It goes without saying that the tapas menu almost rivals that of the daring or traditional menus, there is something for everyone. Our favorite goes to blue-veined chipirons, creamy duck breast with peppers, squid flakes. The Southwest is here! Beef is the star with a 800 gram royal piece to share or a beautiful 300 gram rib steak, a quality found in burgers with bakery bread and caramelized onion stew. An original menu that reinvents itself over the seasons without ever losing its character: a must.
LES JARDINS DE MARRAKECH
Read moreFor years, couscous and tajines are the specialities of this establishment, which is intended to guarantee Moroccan culinary traditions. The reception, the typical and warm decoration with tentures and artisanat, is very nice, from the waitress to the boss. Couscous is presented with its three traditional elements: abundance of seeds and vegetables, then meat made of boulettes, merguez and pieces of lamb that one would like to see more in quantity. Negative, the wait Time is a bit long. If you don't travel, you can always take a look and fork at the Gardens of Marrakech for a taste of Morocco.
LE DRAGON D’OR
Read moreHeld long by a Couple couple, this restaurant is nestled in a very discreet alley of Escutcheon. The facade does not pay a mine. However, do not hesitate to push the door of this restaurant where it makes good eating Asian in the beautiful dining room on round tables with tablecloths and orchids in the vase. The map combines Chinese, Vietnamese, Lao and Thaies specialities. Pho soup, tom yan (shrimp and slightly spicy) and lap, rarely present on maps of other Asian restaurants, reassure the insiders. At noon, classic and copious plates (Vietnamese salad, nems, meat skewers, Cantonese rice) are at 8 € and 10 €. This restaurant won't be known: It is a good place to stay in the heart of the city.
LA PALMERAIE
Read moreOrientalisante decoration with white warheads, decorative tiles and wooden tables… no mistake, we're in a Moroccan restaurant, one of the best in the city. Low tables, cushions and soft light plunges you into the atmosphere of the Medina, especially on weekends when dancers animate the evenings or, during the summer, during green tea, which is taken on the terrace under the Berber tent. For traditional dishes, you can choose between several formulas, several varieties of couscous and tajines, of the simplest, the vegetarian, the most royal of meat, semolina, vegetables. In the entrance you can taste the pastillas (rolls of rolling bricks, stuffed with pigeon or chicken) and wines, which also come from the other side of the Mediterranean and accompany them very well. Finally, to extend total immersion, another mint tea is requested. Friendly staff like in Morocco!

CHEZ JEAN PAUL LE BELGE
Read moreBelgian holidaymakers who, as soon as they arrive in the country, or tourists and regional tourists who dream of the country, find themselves in this most typical restaurant. After Brussels and Antwerp, Jean-Paul Dumond was set up six years ago at Cap d'Agde, on the quay with views of water and boats. Here is not the hut-fries, but the best mussels like Belgium, 1,5 kg per person, superb fries and twenty different preparations. For the réfractaires to this almost national dish, wide choice of meat and fish such as the American net as in Brussels (Belgian tartar), the grey shrimp chunks of the North Sea, the Belgian sea pot (fish soup) and even Lebanese dishes arranged to Belgian sauce! Quality is not always at the meeting and that is a pity. Go to Jean Paul, an effort!
LE PASSAGE DE VIRGINIE
Read moreFor the good named Passage from Virginia, positive opinions converge and make that, in this périmêtre of Escutcheon, it dominates. She is Virginie Grangier and will not seek any control over the street. It is just that his open kitchen brings together the Mediterranean and the whole world at his table: Thai salad, small octopus octopus, canard duck and citrus fruit. The salads of the salads are inventive, playing on the sweet salé, herbs and spices are present while fresh pasta, al dente, fluffy with the flavours of the sea, makes Italy dream. Only incartatade, goat cheese… a rocamadour… would have preferred a small "! In short, a little excentrique restaurant, with its red vaults and its arty and vintage ambience, where the good festive spirit of the server and the original plates are at the meeting.
