Axel Desessart's restaurant is ideally located at the bottom of the rue de la Citadelle. Its pretty flowered terrace in the pedestrian street and its cosy interior with nicely laid tables make it a pleasant setting to enjoy Axel's inspired and colorful cuisine. As a true epicurean in love with the land, the chef sublimates the dishes he prepares with quality products from short circuits, in season and often organic.
