The Antonini family treats us to their Italian specialties and mozzarella made from the milk of their buffalo

Close to Carcassonne nestles a nugget with a hint of Italy, Benvenuti à La Bourdasso, owned by the Antonini family. The estate attracted Edoardo and his family, who were looking for land to graze a buffalo farm and create a unique site. Chic and trendy, the decoration of the place is a success, whether you are on the terrace or in the old cellar, the magic works. The bistronomic Italian cuisine on offer is a pure marvel. We especially recommend the mozzarella and Italian ice creams made on site.

Opening time and information on BOURDASSO

Open all year round. Wednesday to Friday evenings; weekends lunch and dinner. Online booking only. Reservations essential. The menu is renewed every three weeks. No special children's menu, but special preparation on the spot. Wine by the glass. Antipasti from 14€, Main courses from 19€, Desserts from 8€. Cheques not accepted. Groups welcome. Garden. Terrace. Take-away sales. Store. Buffalo breeding and mozzarella production. Italian ice cream made with buffalo milk.

Le cadre est agréable et intéressant. Par contre la mozzarella est insipide,fade,j en mange de la bien meilleure notamment achete aux halles de Narbonne
Grosse déception pour le plat de pâtes sûrement que le cuisinier avait oublié un ingrédient on a pu remarquer que d autres clients avaient un ingrédient sur le dessus que je n ai pas eut.
Quand au tiramisu trop lourd pas assez aerien et trop de chocolat dessus bref il vous plombe l estomac.
Impossible d avoir un café frappé
Et cerise sur le gâteau ils ont oublié de nous présenter la carte des vins donc pas de vin
Heureusement nous avons eut droit à la carte des apéritifs

Accueil sympa, cadre agréable dans les corbières audoises proche de la très belle abbaye de Lagrasse, cuisine réalisée par de véritables italiens, proposant également des cours de cuisine. Mais cher et qualité variable suivant les plats.
