Nicknamed La Table du Cap, this emblematic Nîmes restaurant offers a harmonious marriage of French cuisine for its subtlety and traditions, and South African cuisine for its spicy, fragrant flavors. Everything is homemade from fresh, raw ingredients. We loved the black tapenade-crusted cod with roasted tomato vinaigrette and the curried beef bobotie, which transported us to the far-flung lands of South Africa. A true voyage of the senses that will delight lovers of fine cuisine and gustatory adventures.
