This new restaurant in Uzès plunges you deliciously into the Tuscan world, with a regional touch. With its emphasis on comfort and conviviality despite its chic style, you'll appreciate its comfortable armchairs, warm, cosy atmosphere, library corner, urban terrace and backyard on sunny summer days. Gnocchetti with mascarpone cream, gambas tartar, panna cotta: the cuisine takes us on a journey of course, but black truffles, the gold of Uzès, are added in season. The cellar offers excellent choices from Italy and the Duchy of Uzès.
