Nathalie and Serge Gil's butcher's shop offers high quality meats, artisanal charcuterie and many catering dishes to take away, on order and in recipes (see the site). There is no shortage of choice: terrines, sausages, foies gras, salmon rillettes, bouchées à la reine, rabbit stuffed with apricot, blanquette de veau... The old castle of Charmois has been entirely renovated by a family with a passion for old stones. The son, Alain Bonnefoy, established his microbrewery there more than a decade ago. Corinne and Philippe Kirmann cultivate 11 hectares of vineyards on which all the Alsatian grape varieties are planted. They harvest the grapes manually and their wines are now all organic. The secret of a good wine according to them? An unfailing knowledge of the terroir which allows them to offer a greater complexity to their wines. Their exceptional wines bear the name of Baron Kirmann: this grandfather of the family (born in 1768 in a family of winegrowers from Bischoffsheim) accomplished various feats that earned him the title of Baron d'Empire.

Heir to a centuries-old know-how, the Hagmeyer family of arboriculturists and distillers proudly welcomes you to its artisanal distillery. Willy distills mainly the fruits of his own harvest. Christophe takes care of the maintenance of the orchards and the vines until the harvest, with the help of André. Michèle and Elsa welcome you at the store. Maurice Heckmann has been at the helm of the estate since 1988, and is committed to quality and a job well done. The 10-hectare vineyard covers Dahlenheim and Avolsheim, and includes all seven Alsatian grape varieties. Located high above the village of Mollau, the Runtzenbach farm was built by Monique and Francis Schirck. Cows, goats and pigs have given way to sheep. A conversion in line with the convictions of these mountain farmers. Two breeds of hardy lamb are raised: Engadine and Solognote. Here, the animals are protected by shepherd dogs and cared for naturally. Special feature: the farm has held the organic farming label since 1986 and is a member of Saveurs & Couleurs, a group of local producers.

Founded in 1958 by Fridolin Meyer and handed down to his son Jean-Claude in 1979, this Alsatian distillery is currently the most awarded in France, with a record of some 200 medals and two awards of excellence! The jewel in the crown of the Vallée de Villé, Meyer's is now run by Jean-Claude's sons, Lionel and Arnaud. The latter pay tribute to their late father with a Single Malt 12-year-old whisky produced in an edition of 53, in reference to its 53 proof! Don't hesitate to visit the highly instructive museum, where you'll discover a multitude of things!

When you go to the Champ-du-Fire, you will necessarily pass in front of this bakery if you come from Villé. An exquisite bakery that may not pay a mine from outside, but whose products are of a quality without reproach. It's a timeless place where you can taste a Riesling Réserve de la Dîme 2019 (rated 91/100 by James Suckling), a Crémant Brut (15/20 - Vinum) or the Muscat Concerto pour Valentin 2015, a "Fabuleuse Gourmandise"! Since 2021, the estate has been certified organic.

Michel Goettelmann has been running this 9-hectare family estate between Châtenois and Scherwiller for over 30 years now. It's with a smile and a passion that he tells visitors about the history of the estate, and details the production and history of his wines in the family cellar. On the tasting side, his wines are harmonious and well-balanced, like the dry, fruity Riesling, the floral Pinot Gris cuvée Hélène or the aromatic, well-rounded Gewurztraminer lieu dit Hahnenberg. Great discoveries!

No one can miss the beautiful blue Alsatian house Koehly! Half-timberings, geraniums and a huge courtyard that leads to the cellar. Here, wine is produced with passion from father to son! Joseph and his parents manage the 24 ha estate with respect for the grapes and the vines (HVE level 3 certification). In their cellar mixing wooden tuns and modern barrels, one can taste, for example, a sumptuous Gewurztraminer Grand Cru Gloeckelberg, with exotic aromas and a light body.

Here is a nice place in downtown, facing the town hall. In this shop, you will find a piece of Alsace, beautiful local products such as jams, gingerbread, fatty livers of duck and goose (developed with Dambachois wines), bredele, and also a beautiful cellar with the wines of the corner, there is a choice, there are no fewer than 96 wine growers. … and all this nicely presented.
