After Gérardmer, the Schmitt chocolatiers set up shop in Nancy in 2011, delighting gourmet Nancy residents and visiting tourists every day. Based in the Vosges, Jean-Élie and Jérôme Schmitt handcraft the products, which are sold by Nicolas in Nancy. Winner of the "Tablettes d'Or" prize in the "Guide des Croqueurs de Chocolat", he created the magnificent "Tablette Stanislas", named after the famous square. The chocolates come in amazing flavors, and you can also indulge in Granit, Daffodil Onions or Mirabelle Gingerbread!
