Under the impetus of his family, Aurélien Gerbais manages 14 hectares of organic vineyards, mainly planted with Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, but also with Meunier and a "forgotten" grape variety: Pinot Blanc Vrai. The vines ensure a fine production of wines made entirely here, in the family press. Discover the Grains de Celles cuvée, a brut nature made from Pinot Noir, Pinot Blanc and Chardonnay. A fine, salty, fruity wine, it's the perfect accompaniment to your seafood platter. It's also delicious with sashimi.
