The Bongrain-Gérard cheese factory is one of the oldest cheese dairies in the Vosges. Established in 1898 at Tholy, it began by specializing in the refining of munsters. The Géramont-Gérard cheese factory is currently exported to Germany. There is also the mountain that is made from mountain milk collected at more than 600 m altitude. A true representative of the Vosges territory, it is a creamy cheese that lacks character that is found on many local tables.
