A gourmet address as we like them! The pastry department is a dream come true, with its crème brûlées, mille-feuille, éclairs, croustillants and other delights. Named after an old commercial scale found on the premises, Toledo opened its doors in 2019. The space is beautifully appointed with its large table, inviting armchairs and beautiful sprawling lamps. Bread reigns supreme here, and you absolutely must try the "killer bread" (caramelized hazelnuts, honey and olive oil). This artisanal bakery has not been empty since it opened in 2016. Behind the project are Seth Gabrielse, a former employee of Laloux and the SAT Culinary Lab, and Julien Roy, crowned best apprentice baker at the ^4th world bread fair in France while working at Le Pain dans les voiles. Here, the emphasis is on healthy, natural and homemade products grown in Quebec. Elegant boutique specializing in ingredients and accessories for cocktails and spirits. One of Alambika's hallmarks is its focus on local creations. When the little window on the corner of Rachel and Laval opens, it's time to order an ice cream cone. The two brothers behind this gourmet project have decided to offer a limited selection of soft ice creams made from organic, lactose-free and vegan coconut milk. The classic vanilla and chocolate flavors are still available, with two new ones appearing every two weeks. Most sorbets are made with seasonal Quebec fruit. This huge horticultural farm produces and promotes horticulture indigenous to North America. On site, you'll find a nursery and garden center, a farmer's market (local produce, butchery, bakery, cheese shop, market garden produce), a butterfly house and an educational farm (workshop with birds of prey). Allow plenty of time for touring and shopping, especially as Boutique Réserve has set up shop here, selling a superb selection of Quebec beers, ciders and wines.

A wide variety of firm goat cheeses, both fresh and aged, are produced here. A particular favorite are the succulent "bouchées d'amour" (bites of soft, unripened fresh cheese, marinated in flavored grapeseed oil and coated with spices such as herbes de Provence, chives, garlic and parsley). The cheese dairy also offers milk and ice-cream products, as well as meats, charcuterie and terrines.

The great specialty here is goose foie gras, and the rearing of the geese is done in the greatest respect of tradition. A dozen cheeses are lovingly crafted here, including Bleu d'Elizabeth, one of the best of its kind in Quebec, and Louis d'Or, a firm cheese made from raw cow's milk. When a man with a passion for life and good things decides to leave everything behind in France to start a new project in Quebec, the result is the exceptional bakery Chez Fred. Located in the beautiful district of Westmount, they lovingly make a multitude of breads for all tastes, pastries as decadent as they are delicious, and pastries to die for, all made using the best artisanal processes. On the salty side, quiches, sandwiches and pizzas are to be tasted on the spot or to take away. It promises to be a gourmet experience!

This little store's specialty? Ice cream sandwiches. And it's fair to say that they've mastered the art. Artisanal ice cream encased in two soft, homemade cookies: a delicacy that exudes North American flair. And then there are the flavors that are always on the menu, like sweet and sour (pretzel cookie, vanilla ice cream, caramel heart) or vegan blueberry chocolate. And every month, the window displays the creations of the month. For those a little wary of the decadent cookie/ice cream combo, it's possible to taste them separately.

Established in Laval two decades ago, this family farm is now in its ^9th generation of farming. We grow all kinds of fruit (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, tomatoes, etc.), vegetables (squash, peppers, cucumbers, etc.) and commercial grains (corn and soybeans). U-pick is also possible, as is the famous giant corn maze (also available in the evening). Both activities are subject to a fee (rates for one or two activities). Installed since May 2023 on the same premises as its sister microbrewery Ô Quai des Brasseurs, Distillerie du Quai is now a stone's throw from the river. Stepping into the store, you wonder whether you're in a music store or a distillery, given the posters of musicians, the guitar and the audio equipment that make up the decor. A place for music enthusiasts, it is above all dedicated to the creation of spirits, bitters, fruit drinks, etc., available both in the boutique and in SAQ outlets.

Interpretation centre on the life of bee and honey. During the visit, you will see an animated film on the subject, bees in a glass hive and a jardin flower garden. A small honey tasting is also the program. On-site: gift shop of the hive products (soaps, body milk, honey sweets, etc.), terrace, small farm, playground for children.

An artisanal herbalist who shares her secrets for better, healthier living. All herbs are grown naturally, then dried and processed directly on site. Products include seasonings (Cajun, sea and earth, basil mustard, sea parsley salt, etc.), flavored lobster oil and flavored extra virgin olive oils (island sea parsley, shallots and herbs, etc.). Another seasonal boutique in La Grave.

Don't leave the Islands without tasting the famous bagosse, the "beer of the Islands" as the locals call it, available in two flavours (strawberry and raspberry, cranberry and dandelion). It is a very popular artisanal fruit wine. Other products for sale on site: a port-like drink made from blueberries and cranberries (Châlin), a raspberry liqueur (Ariel) and a sparkling strawberry and rhubarb wine (Le Moussaillon). Each of Le Barbocheux's products evokes the history and traditions of the Magdalen Islands in its own way.

One of the best addresses to discover the donuts, as they are called here. Josie Weitzenbauer, founder and pastry chef, makes them in all colours and with a thousand flavours: lemon-lavender, Boston cream, rose water and almonds, lime and coconut... To give free rein to her creativity, this is the challenge of this friendly company which also offers pastry workshops. For those in a hurry, assortments of six or twelve doughnuts are available to take away, in the pretty bright pink boxes in the house!

As the region's first micro-distillery, it puts the terroir in the bottle as it draws on local resources to create its spirits. Its flagship product is undoubtedly KM12 gin, which includes dune pepper and balsam fir buds, and a Nordic cucumber version is also available. Then there's 48 Chemin Price gin, fermented from blueberry mash, Lily Liqueur, available in two versions (wintergreen and wild mint, and Labrador tea) and ready-to-drink products.

Located in Saint-Adolphe-d'Howard in the Laurentians, Brasserie Artisanale Camp de Base is a microbrewery offering a selection of craft beers.

Among others, we brew Galileo (classic blond Ale), the Nebula (atypical Witbier with grapefruit zest and juice and coriander seeds), Hypernova (American IPA monohoublon), the Red Giant (Best Bitter with a slightly caramelized flavour), the Black Star (American Porter fermented on a cocoa crane), or the Puzzle (sour beer with fruit). You should know that there is no tasting room on site, but the shop sells homemade beers and products bearing the logo of the microbrewery (glasses, t-shirts...).

With such a name, it's impossible not to guess the house's great specialty. It is without a doubt the address par excellence for hop lovers, but also for apple cider and non-alcoholic beer. And with a selection of hundreds of beers from Quebec microbreweries and a constant influx of new releases, we understand them! To top it off, each beer is well classified, with a small card indicating the name of the product, the microbrewery, the price, as well as a description of the aromas to make a more informed choice.

The place is famous for its orchards where you can pick your own in season (from June to the end of October), its homemade ciders, its delicious traditional Breton pancakes or its country meals for groups. The shop allows you to stock up on fresh products and derivatives such as traditional cooked dishes, pies and doughnuts, apple and cider juices, spreads and jellies, etc. Mini-farm and children's recreational parks on site.

This well-known Charlevoix company offers ciders, mistelles, aperitifs and various products made from apples and other fruits. Tastings are included, of course. To top it all off, the stalls are also well stocked with regional Quebec products, as varied as they are appetizing. You really want to buy everything! A well known name in the beer community and for good reason. More than just a neighbourhood convenience store, La Duchesse d'Aiguillon boasts one of the best beer selections in Quebec City. Well installed in its Faubourg HQ, the convenience store devotes a large area to countless products from Quebec microbreweries with frequent arrivals. Add to that a very nice selection of Quebec ciders and wines, not to mention a team of enthusiasts ready to give you lots of advice.

Opening in the summer of 2019 in Old Limoilou, this distillery is frankly unique. First, because it incorporates the history of the surrounding area (the distillery is located halfway between the site of the Iroquois village of Stadacona and the place where Jacques Cartier settled), and second, because it decided to create an on-site escape game, which is a prelude to the guided tour. In terms of products, three gins with local flavors as well as a Nordic Pale Ale, alcoholic ready-to-drink and an aronia liqueur. To be discovered!

Owned by the Cistercian monks who occupy this abbey, this store is their main source of income. In fact, they make a whole range of tasty products available on site, not to mention those from other abbeys: butters, caramels, chocolates, cakes (including the famous fruit cake), jams, forest syrups, etc. The boutique also offers gourmet products from the Lanaudière region and from Quebec.
