À chaque fois que nous passons devant la Boucanerie Chelsea c'est un arrêt certain. Nous nous comptons chanceux d'avoir ce petit endroit près de chez nous où il est possible d'acheter poisson fumé et produits régionaux. Nos coups de cœur : Charki (jerky) de saumon et le "succulent" saumon fumé à chaud; un peu dispendieux, mais tellement savoureux.
