This house built in 1744 by Marie-Agnès Lepage, daughter of Lord Pierre Lepage of Rimouski, and her husband Basile Côté is the oldest house in eastern Quebec. The timbers give it a unique character, since this type of architecture, formerly commonly used, has become very rare because of Quebec's climatic conditions.
