A remarkable building, the only skyscraper within the fortified walls of Old Quebec.
The only skyscraper built in the fortified enclosure of Old Quebec, it has been building its imposing 82-metre high Art Deco silhouette since 1931. This building was the symbol of the power of the Price Brothers Company, a company specialized in the wood industry and pulp and paper production. A sculpture, L'Homme-rivière, installed in 2002 just to the right of the entrance to the Price Building, recalls this past of logging. The Price Building now belongs to Quebec City and is the official residence of the Premier of Quebec.

L'Edifice Price est à la ville de Québec, toutes choses égales par ailleurs, ce qu'est l'Empire State Building pour la ville de New York. L'un a été construit en 1930 l'autre en 1931.

You can enter only in the hall but it IS worth a look also from the Hilton restaurant on top. I like it because it IS art Deco, it reminds me the empire state building and the ziggurat

La tour est juste en face de l'hôtel de ville. On ne peut pas la rater avec sa couleur brique orangée. Incontournable du Québec.

Un petit air de New York ou Boston en plein centre ville. On ne peut rater la tour puisqu'elle est seule dans les airs.
