A National Historic Site of Canada that offers an entertaining way to go back in time in the heart of Old Montreal.
Each of the permanent exhibits at this National Historic Site of Canada recreates the atmosphere of the family home of Sir George-Étienne Cartier, one of the fathers of Canadian Confederation. Visitors relive scenes from the period and immerse themselves for a moment in the bourgeois art of living. A new interactive game makes visitors think about the stakes involved in the decisions made at the time. A very entertaining way to go back in time in the heart of Old Montreal.

Un musée peu connu mais tellement intéressant. Maison où a habité le premier ministre du Canada avec sa famille. Un personnage vous fera visiter le musée, la visite est interactive et vous y tiendrez un rôle d'employé de la famille. Original et intéressant.
A warm welcome and interesting visit. A pleasant way to go back in time without being hustled by a mass of visitors.
