A majestic ephemeral hotel that is built every winter, a true masterpiece sculpted from snow and ice. To see!

This majestic complex of ice and snow comes into being in January and disappears in the spring sunshine every year. It's an exceptional ephemeral structure with a different theme every year. The walls are adorned with works of art; the furniture, the glittering chandelier that dominates the entrance hall, the columns and the magnificent sculptures are fashioned from ice. And if you're worried about getting cold, you'll be provided with all the necessary equipment, of course. Hot and cold mingle, and your senses are awakened to a sense of wonder that will give you an extraordinary experience. The hotel is open to the general public every day from 10 a.m., but from 8 p.m. onwards, the rooms and suites section is reserved for guests staying on site. The hotel also houses an ice bar, a wedding chapel (the hotel hosts a few dozen weddings per season), a Nordic relaxation area (outdoor hot tubs and sauna), as well as various facilities and activities at Village Vacances Valcartier (winter play center, Bora Parc indoor water park, health spa, etc.). It's also possible to come just for a drink at the ice bar, but if the ultimate Nordic overnight experience takes your fancy, some 30 themed rooms and suites are available (cold-weather sleeping bags provided). Packages are not for everyone, but it's well worth it.

A faire.
