This cooperative, created in 1836, is located on the banks of the Seille, in the heart of the vineyards between Lons and Château-Chalon. It groups together 23 farms from 15 surrounding communes and processes 8 million litres of milk per year into raw milk cheeses. Winegrowers from father to son for five generations, the members of the Rigoutat family welcome you to their 14-hectare estate located about ten kilometres from Auxerre, in the heart of the Coulange region. The tasting takes place in a large cellar of 300 ^m2 dating from the 19th century. Burgundy aligoté and of course coulanges (red, rosé or white) are proposed here as well as crémant.
