Philippe Dufouleur vinifies his wines respecting the typicity of each climate: Beaune Premier Cru rouge, Clos des Perrières, Le Clos du Roi, Les Cent-Vignes...

This domain extends over 10 hectares of vines worked in micro-cuvées in order to respect the typicity of each climate. The vinification is done in the winery located at the foot of the Corton mountain. In terms of kindness, we remain at the top with Emilie and her brother Pierre-François. They propose all the hierarchy of Burgundy wines up to the Grands Crus, among which the famous white Grand Cru "Corton Charlemagne". Reasoned culture, old-fashioned ploughing, the vineyard is pampered.

In the heart of the Bertranges forest, Jacques and Denis opened their brewery in 2010: here, they make and design craft beers in very small quantities, 100% Nivernais! 5 beers have been created: the white Bertranges, the blond Bertranges, the amber Bertranges, the brown Bertranges and the Stout des Bertranges in the so Irish style! You can also do a brewing workshop: over the course of a day, learn the gestures and techniques for brewing at home!

One of the inescapable areas of Gevrey-Chambertin, this house already existed in the 1730 s. The area covers 18 ha, with 5 grands crus covering 2/3 of the vineyards, Chambertin, Latricières-Chambertin, Charms-Chambertin, Mazis-Chambertin, Mazoyères-Chambertin and 1/3 in the name Gevrey-Chambertin. The Domaine de la famille Gaunoux covers nearly 11 ha on prestigious communes such as Meursault, Volnay, Pommare, Beaune and Puligny-Montrachet. Located in Ladoix-Serrigny in the alleys of the hamlet of Buisson, the estate Gaston and Pierre Ravaut is a family farm where 6 generations have succeeded. Today, almost 10 hectares of vineyards are operated by Vincent Ravaut, who has placed his field in a highly advanced, highly respectful, soil-friendly culture. The domain catalog proposes fifteen names, 4 of which are blank: Burgundy Aligoté, Chardonnay but also Ladoix and Ladoix 1 ^st Cru High Mourrova. There are also beautiful red, including Ladoix 1 ^st Cru, Aloxe-Corton 1 ^st Cru and 2 Cortons Grand Cru. Stéphane Plank, a chef of training, turned to oenology, leading him to the role of sommelier in very large houses before opening this wine bar/shop of wine merchants. He knows how to share his knowledge of the wines (from Jura and elsewhere) and do not disdain to organize, from time to time, a festive event around oenology. It is good to have a drink and, why not, accompany it with cochonailles and other dishes served on slate!

What a long way it has come since its difficult installation in 1991, the year of the great frost... From 56 ares, it now covers 15 hectares in the commune as well as in Arbois. Adeline and Raphaël have held firm. Their hillsides are of grey and blue marl, suitable for reds and whites. This winery has been in existence for four generations. Of the 13.7 ha of vines on the estate, spread between Savigny-Lès-Beaune, Pernand-Vergelesses and Aloxe-Corton, 11 ha are ploughed by horse.

Domaine Bertagna extends over 21 hectares and produces 18 different names including 5 Grands Crus and 7 First Crus! In short, a beautiful house created in 1950 and now property of the Günter Reh family of Tribes. A house that pays special attention to the maintenance of its vineyards since Eva Reh-Siddle prohibits the use of chemical treatments to favor natural techniques and to establish an ecosystem respectful of nature. With regard to vinification, it is made in the great regional tradition with wooden drums. All of this gives superb wines to the Gevrey, Morey-Saint-Denis, Chambolle-Musigny, Vougeot, Vosne-Romanée, Nuits-Saint-Georges or Aloxe-Corton! This small nonagenarian dairy unit continues to evolve within its 1932 walls.
