Since 1796, Mulot et Petitjean has made the reputation of Dijon with its emblematic gingerbread made with wheat flour. For 227 years, the company has been "the heir to a long and prestigious history", and is now a certified Living Heritage Company. The store offers products made in Dijon: candied fruit cobblestones, thin ice cream, croquets, filled nonnettes with raspberry, blackcurrant, chocolate... Not forgetting an aperitif range of mini-nonnettes with onion confit or chickpeas flavored with mint. All to the gingerbread!
