From the name of a gourmet specialty, made of a crunchy layer of cooked sugar that contains, oh my, a delicious soft chocolate caramel. This sweetness takes its name from the sovereign of Ethiopia, Negeus Menelik, who was visiting at the time of its creation in 1902. This house, founded in 1893, has kept a frontage with a remarkable cachet with its antique formwork, while the interior decoration is of oriental style. Other specialties make the gourmets fall in love: chocolate candies, pralines, spreads, confectionery, fruit jellies.

Originality
This boutique is one of the oldest and most beautiful of Nevers... Specialties are delicious and original, the choice is guaranteed! Delicacies offered are just as good as the last but I add a special mention for Négus which is particularly (for a recipe missed at the beginning, it is the roof!). The only drawback is the reception which I find cold, I never was entitled to a smile during my many purchases... Too bad
