A succession of gourmet dishes drawn to classics, fine suggestions on slate, very fresh and regional products: croûte with franche cream, veau sauce, perch roasted with fenouils, beef ballotine with braisées carrots. Don't forget to taste the röestis, sparkle and fondants to whom we give special mention. A selection of wines in bottle or glass ends up glorify flavours in the mouth. The plates are generous and it is by greed that we will go on the side of desserts, which remain on excellence: chocolate foam (as at Mum), season pie, caramel chocolate biscuit with salt salt… And to spoil nothing, the Lion table service is nice and fast. The young chef, Sébastien Mazoyer, who has made his arms to the greatest you will spoil you. He works locally, carefully selected products.
