A tasty, talented, simple and clear cuisine!

There are many specialities: tartes, flambées, hot boxes, ham, morels, salads… Flammekueches (flambées) live up to their reputation and well-rounded. However, baeckeoffe (traditional dish based on potatoes, meat and vegetables) leaves a little to be desired. You can also pay attention to the small room, and provide a small committee.
