LE PHÉNIX
Read moreA little way from the hustle and bustle of the pretty Grande Anse beach, Vanessa, on duty, and her mom, in the kitchen, have just opened a genuine Breton crêperie, outside, in the shade, under the trees. The galettes are copious and delicious, in both savory and sweet versions. They smell just like Brittany! They're served with real cider... from Brittany, of course! Service is fast and friendly. Concerts and parties are organized regularly, so stay tuned! Great value for money in Grande Anse.
LE PANDORE
Read moreThis brand-new restaurant-concept-bar is like entering a box (the entrance is via the parking lot). Once inside, you're struck by the atypical decor, halfway between a Swiss chalet and a colorful Creole house. The menu oscillates between contemporary classics and the exotic. The idea here is to take you on a journey. And it works! Note the special pierrade table (the local specialty). Each table has a button to intercept the waiter. Regular exhibitions and evening events.
THE MARK
Read moreLocated on the first floor of a building facing Place de la Savane, this new restaurant offers generous, modern cuisine. It welcomes you in a warm and cosy atmosphere. Our specialty? Grilled meats, poultry and fish, which the chef sublimates to perfection, rigorously working the products and cooking them to delight your taste buds. A fine selection of carefully selected wines and champagnes (mostly from small producers and micro-cuvées) to accompany the dishes. The restaurant also offers tasty cocktails.
LE KUBE
Read moreAn original concept: freshly arrived in Martinique, Stéphane Rétif, Michelin-starred chef since 2005 for his restaurant Le d'Antan Sancerrois in Bourges, has just launched his own restaurant combining haute gastronomy with the exoticism of Martinique's terroir. He offers a unique, surprise menu, which of course takes into account your tastes and contraindications. His leitmotiv: to create a fusion cuisine of the moment. And it works! Add to this a charming, cosy setting with an open kitchen. A fine table to discover for two.
LA KAZ'A DEMUS
Read moreIt's all in the title! The credo of this newcomer to Diamant: "kaza" cuisine, translated as "homemade"! And indeed, in this restaurant that mixes traditional bistronomic specialties with Creole flavors, great importance is attached to the choice of local, fresh produce, cooked on site. A wide choice of poke bowls, burgers and daily fish tartars. The desserts are just like the dishes: homemade and delicious! All served with a smile and good humor. Nice terrace where you can sip a cocktail. We recommend it!
LILI EN VILLE
Read moreThe Lili family is growing! After Le François, Lili arrives in Cluny with its fresh, local cuisine, in a modern, soothing atmosphere. The setting is splendid and tastefully decorated. The cuisine matches the decor: fried fish salad, local beef sandwiches, beef brisket with yam purée, rice with burnt coconut milk or cocoa manioc crumble. And on weekends, we brunche: pastries, toast, scrambled organic eggs, banana pancakes with yoghurt, honey and passion fruit sauce, avocado and fromage frais toast. We love it!
SUNNY'S BEACH
Read moreNestled in the enchanting setting of Anse Figuier, with a breathtaking view of the Caribbean Sea, this new beach restaurant offers fine, well-prepared and seasoned cuisine. On the menu: mini-tacos (chicken, shrimp or beef), langoustines flambéed in rum, marlin tartare with citrus fruits, fish return deglazed with dog sauce, lambi langouste signature burger with maracudja sauce. Desserts are just as delicious. The plates are composed like works of art. The cocktails are to die for!
HABITATION ANSE COULEUVRE
Read moreHabitation Anse Couleuvre houses a restaurant as we like them… A Balinese style decoration which integrates with the style of the old colonial house. The chef offers a menu made with local products, enhanced with international flavors. A strongly recommended stopover out of time. Make sure to book, as the site is at the extreme north of the island. A steep road leads to the starting point of a mythical hike between Anse Couleuvre and Grand-Rivière.
ICE N'COFFEE
Read moreNew at Pointe du Bout: opposite the Creole Village, Ice N'Coffee is a colorful snack bar where you can enjoy ice creams, crêpes (savory or sweet) and salads over a refreshing drink. Our favorites are the Bounty créole (chocolate ice cream, coconut and Bounty sorbet, hot chocolate, grated coconut, whipped cream) and the Triple choc (chocolate ice cream, white chocolate, Oréo, hot chocolate, toasted almonds, whipped cream). We also like the ultra-gourmet combination of waffle and ice cream, like the Nutsy or, for chocolate aficionados, the Choco-fever.
CHEZ POPOLE
Read moreThe kind of snack bar we love! In the lost paradise that is Grand-Rivière (and where the restaurant scene remains rather limited), this snack bar welcomes you as if you were at home, with a ti-punch or a Lorraine, and serves simple but well-executed cuisine using fresh, seasonal produce, and above all excellent value for money. On the menu: sandwiches, paninis, croque-monsieur, grilled meats to take away or eat in, pizzas, burgers... The atmosphere in the dining room or on the pretty outdoor terrace is as friendly as you could wish, and always lively.
RESTAURANT LE KOUD POUSS
Read moreHidden in a green setting, this gourmet restaurant overlooking the ocean is a divine surprise. Chef Jonathan Nerovique offers a simple yet refined menu based on fresh, local produce: coconut-breaded king prawn kebabs, pan-fried scallops caramelized in coarse syrup and coral mousse with pan-fried yellow banana or fricasseed grandma's minute ouassous... Everything is well put together: accompaniments, sauces, presentation. Special mention for the chocolate entremets, a real koud'coeur! The service is very professional.
LE COMPTOIR ND
Read moreNathanaël Ducteil has set up his restaurant in the Comptoir des Viandes boutique, where you can sample the talented Martiniquan chef's revisited specialties: lambis hot-dog, local pork (côte boucanée, kumquat confit, sweet potato, peanut) or clam-crusted bass fillet with lentil cream. On the sweet side, special mention goes to the sweet potato, a moelleux with aged rum, or the rice with coconut milk, "nannan coco" sorbet, rice tuile and crumble. There are only 15 places, so book ahead!
BURGER STATION
Read moreFacing the beach at Anse Mitan, Max and Laura create homemade sandwiches using fresh, local produce, served in eco-friendly crockery. On the menu are classics: the Panam with its ground steak, Roquefort sauce and onion confit, the Hambourg with its steak spiced up with curry and homemade tartar sauce, as well as more local burgers: the Kréyol (breaded fish, sweet potato velvet, spicy mayonnaise), the Afro (turmeric bun, marinated chicken, yellow banana, red onion). A new burger to discover every weekend!
WEST INDIES KFÉ (EX MALIBU)
Read moreIn the heart of the Creole village, under the magnificent XXL shade cloth, the legendary Malibu has changed ownership to become West Indies Kfé. The menu features classic cocktails and original creations with a Caribbean twist, including the Blue Lagoon, Madras Frozen and many others. On the food side, you'll enjoy simple fare: crêpes, accras, tapas, burgers, tuna tartare... A pleasant place for a gourmet stop-off after a day at the beach, an impromptu aperitif or a meal with friends.
WAZA SUSHI
Read moreOn your chopsticks! A new sushi restaurant has just opened in Anse à l'Âne. On site, delivered to Trois-Îlets or to take away, you'll find the classics of Japanese cuisine: california rolls, fried maki, nigiri, poke bowl, ceviche, wakame salad, as well as a whole range of jap'snacks, a concept where freshness and made-in-Martinique flavours are the order of the day: yakiroti, tempura, steamed shrimp ravioli, gyosa. Every Thursday, it's all-you-can-eat. Don't forget to book, as the concept is sure to please!
FLAMINGO BEACH BAR
Read moreOn the beach at Coin du Carbet, the Flamingo Beach Bar unfurls its idyllic setting. Here, you can enjoy home-cooked cuisine, sip a cocktail at aperitif time, or laze on a deckchair overlooking the sea. You'll find the classics: marlin tartare or steak, accras, balaous, burger... but also the less classic: salted nanas (a dish served in a pineapple). The desserts are delicious (ice creams, waffles...). The welcome is smiling, and the service rather efficient (risk of waiting on weekends). Regularly organized evenings and brunches.
LES ACCRAS DU ROCHER
Read moreBehind the market, this little waterfront restaurant is renowned for... its accras, of course - divine, hearty and perfectly spiced! You'll also be tempted by skewers of chicken with pineapple, shrimp or seafood (lambi, fish, shrimp), accompanied by peyi vegetables, crudités, French fries or purée, or fricassee of chatrou. The presentation of the dishes is particularly refined and the plates are generous. There's also a good choice of salads (fisherman's or Creole). A smiling welcome. A friendly address at a reasonable price.
SUNDAY
Read moreThis unassuming little snack bar is full of surprises. Admittedly, the decor is a little spartan, but the food is hearty, made with fresh local ingredients. Here, everything is homemade: bokit (not too fatty and well garnished), crêpes, sweet potato fries, pasta, banana gratin, vegetable accras (a must-try!) or cod, fish caught by local fishermen, fried chicken. Let yourself be tempted by one of their delicious cocktails or mocktails, such as the plum mojito. Excellent value for money and a friendly welcome!

There's also a small parking lot right across the street, an air-conditioned room that's much appreciated in the local heat, fast, smiling service and very reasonable prices. Go for it!
