This is Martinique's newest bistro nugget, freshly installed in Schoelcher. We love the contemporary decor of the brightly-colored interior. An ephemeral menu that highlights exceptional products, such as matured Kobe meat, and revisits local specialties with talent, such as an excellent fish blaff. The bar is located on an outdoor wooden terrace, for a tropical look. A novelty to discover!

Board immediately for Brazil at the Favela. This colorful and friendly restaurant offers a breathtaking view of the bay of Fort-de-France, but above all serves a typical Brazilian cuisine. Try the famous feijoada, served with black beans and pork, or the muqueca, shrimps and fish simmered in coconut milk. Meat-lovers will be tempted by the delicious grilled meats (entrecôte, prime rib) and fish lovers by the catch of the day. Tempting cocktail menu. We love it!

The kingdom of the burger made in Martinique is here, at BKB, the Bokay Burger franchise which offers local burgers such as the Otentik or the Bokay Bacon. But above all, it claims to use quality products with a Caribbean taste. As for the fries, they are made from sweet potato. As for the chicken, it is seasoned on the spot, every day and in each BKB branch. BKB currently has about ten branches in Martinique. In Le Diamant, Cap Taupinière only offers take-out.

A little tired of the traditional chicken colombo and Tahitian style marlin? Try Torii Sushi and its fusion cuisine combining Japanese inspirations and West Indian flavors. Try the inevitable sushi, maki, sahimi, seaweed, poke bowls, temaki and other tempura, but also original creations: hot sushi (cheddar, naruto), cold sushi (rolls…) and the 100% peyi dishes: the Torii Bokay (tuna or marlin and flambéed banana) and the Torii boat (combination of different sushi). It's fresh and very good!

This new restaurant boasts an attractive red-wood terrace overlooking the old Le Marin marina, reminiscent of a ship's cabin. Here, the sea is everywhere, right down to the menu. The menu features seafood platters (oysters, crab, langoustines, shrimps, periwinkles) and fresh fish (roasted skate wing, grilled catfish or lobster, fish returned from fishing a la plancha). For dessert, we warmly recommend the chocolate-peanut tart, just perfect! Attentive service.

New to Le Robert: Kalinago is a small restaurant on the boulevard alongside the harbour, offering a culinary journey to the heart of the Caribbean. You'll enjoy specialties from Jamaica, the Lesser Antilles, Dominica and Haiti. Try the grilled sliced lambi with Djon Djon rice, or the fried sea bream steaks with lentil dombrés and christophine gratin. All homemade with fresh, local produce. A great place for a quick bite. A new restaurant in a container? The idea may seem surprising, but the place is absolutely charming and friendly. The service is adorable, sometimes a little slow but always attentive. As for the cuisine, it's just like the place: surprising, tasty, colorful and original. The two chefs, one Indian and the other Filipino, create dishes tinged with exoticism: samoussas, nems, tandoori or vindaloo chicken, sausage rougail, mafé... Everything is homemade, even the ice creams! Karaoke evenings and brunches are regularly organized.

In Sainte-Luce, La Brise du Sud is famous for its fabulous smoked chicken! In the kitchen, Chef Mika is busy concocting homemade dishes using fresh produce: lambi or tuna steak, entrecôte, all accompanied by dzon dzon rice or a gratin of the day (yellow bananas, christophines...). A dish of the day is offered daily. Special mention for the lambi couscous! In addition to the covered and ventilated indoor dining room, the pretty outdoor terrace offers a sublime view of the Caribbean Sea.

Feel like Al Capone for an evening? That's the idea behind this brand-new, highly original restaurant on the Quai de Sainte-Luce, decorated entirely on the theme of the Neapolitan mafia. To find it, go to the very end of the quay. The dishes feature Italian-Creole flavors: lobster and crab lasagne, lobster or truffle pasta, authentic Italian tiramisu... The welcome is just as warm, and the view of the Sainte-Luce boats is sublime.

At Anse Caffard, this "ti' resto" makes hearty, generous wood-fired artisan pizzas. All are named after the ^7th art: Les Bronzés font du ski (raclette), Les Ch'tis (with maroilles), Le^5e élément (choice of 5 ingredients), Harry Potter (salmon), Pirates of the Caribbean... You can also enjoy burgers, tuna mi-cuit, wood-roasted cockerel and desserts on the covered, well-ventilated terrace... Everything is homemade, with fresh produce. They offer simple, freshly prepared meals: Angus steak burger, kebab, chicken kebab, smoked marlin carpaccio for the savoury side, and, on the sweet side, strawberry or chocolate tiramisu, waffles, homemade ice creams... The couple also have an apartment in the village of Le Diamant that can accommodate 2 to 4 people: it has a room with a 180-degree view of the Diamant rock and a punch bowl.

Lion's Parc has just opened its new restaurant, O' Repaire, which is sure to delight young and old alike! The covered, airy dining room welcomes the whole family for a jungle atmosphere. On the menu: classic dishes (hamburgers, pasta, butcher's cuts, fish from the sea, crêpes, ice creams, tapas, snacks...). Lion cubs, meanwhile, can opt for the Ti Lion's menu, specially designed for children under 10. The restaurant is accessible from both the park and the road.

If you're in the mood for a good pizza, head for Ti Zen. This new restaurant is led by Alain, who makes it a point of honor to welcome and share with his guests. His menu features French specialties sublimated by Creole flavors. On the terrace, comfortably seated under the awning, you'll love the Zen salad (with smoked tuna!), the Creole plate, the chicken burger or the chatrou fricassee, not to mention the pizzas, available in normal or XXL sizes. The welcome is friendly, and the setting zen, with its colorful wooden furniture.

Lise has taken over the former Marley's, with its superb sea-facing terrace. This bar-restaurant-lounge offers top-quality Creole cuisine: a large Creole plate, fish or chicken colombo, crispy shrimp, stuffed crab, fierce avocado, grilled ouassous...
