The setting is intimate and the adjoining swimming pool very inviting. Liaura and her husband Hervé (the chef) serve international cuisine mixed with local products. Hervé is a chef from the world of real gastronomy, and it shows in the care he takes with his dishes. Do yourself a favor and rush without hesitation to this remarkable address, undoubtedly one of the best tables in Le Diamant.
