The kingdom of the burger made in Martinique is here, at BKB, the Bokay Burger franchise which offers local burgers such as the Otentik or the Bokay Bacon. At Anse Caffard, this "ti' resto" makes hearty, generous wood-fired artisan pizzas. All are named after the ^7th art: Les Bronzés font du ski (raclette), Les Ch'tis (with maroilles), Le^5e élément (choice of 5 ingredients), Harry Potter (salmon), Pirates of the Caribbean... You can also enjoy burgers, tuna mi-cuit, wood-roasted cockerel and desserts on the covered, well-ventilated terrace... Everything is homemade, with fresh produce. Musical evenings on Saturday evenings.

Catherine and Henri have just opened this small roadside restaurant with a lovely shady terrace. They offer simple, freshly prepared meals: Angus steak burger, kebab, chicken kebab, smoked marlin carpaccio for the savoury side, and, on the sweet side, strawberry or chocolate tiramisu, waffles, homemade ice creams... The couple also have an apartment in the village of Le Diamant that can accommodate 2 to 4 people: it has a room with a 180-degree view of the Diamant rock and a punch bowl.

It's all in the title! The credo of this newcomer to Diamant: "kaza" cuisine, translated as "homemade"! And indeed, in this restaurant that mixes traditional bistronomic specialties with Creole flavors, great importance is attached to the choice of local, fresh produce, cooked on site. A wide choice of poke bowls, burgers and daily fish tartars. The desserts are just like the dishes: homemade and delicious! All served with a smile and good humor. Nice terrace where you can sip a cocktail. We recommend it!

Behind the market, this little waterfront restaurant is renowned for... its accras, of course - divine, hearty and perfectly spiced! You'll also be tempted by skewers of chicken with pineapple, shrimp or seafood (lambi, fish, shrimp), accompanied by peyi vegetables, crudités, French fries or purée, or fricassee of chatrou. The presentation of the dishes is particularly refined and the plates are generous. There's also a good choice of salads (fisherman's or Creole). A smiling welcome.
