This museum occupies the Casona de Carrejo, a th century mountain palace with a lovely porch. It offers a route through the various ecosystems of Cantabria through models, videos, but also fossils, minerals, dissected or a animals and plant species.

Located in the Torre del Reloj building on the main square of the village, this small museum has been interested in the history of Palenzuela from the time of préromaine through a series of audiovisual documents and archaeological collections.

The Taurin Museum of Valdestillas preserves some treasures that will be of interest to lovers of the genre, including old habits, the poster of a bullfighting in Las Ventas dating from 1931, the taleguillas (culottes silk briefs, decorated with gold embroidery) by Antonio Fuentes and Rafael El Gallo, among others.

The church Santa María houses a rich collection of paintings, goldsmiths, sculptures and altarpieces. The master pièce is undoubtedly the grand altarpiece of the master altar, composed of 13 paintings on panels of Pedro Berruguete, great artist of the late th century, whose son Alonso will become a painter at the Charles V court.

The Paprika de La Vera Museum occupies the palace of Bishop Manzano on the Plaza Mayor, a beautiful baroque construction of the seventeenth century. On three levels, the museum explains the origins of the chili, the manufacturing stages and the different varieties.

The city hotel is located in a very beautiful building of the th century, the Palau de la Hundreds. The main façade is a Romanesque style, while the rear façade is neo-classical.

Built in the early th century, it is an emblematic work of the Romanesque civil architecture of Lleida. In the wedding room, the Gothic altarpiece of the th century presided over by the Virgin Mary. The municipal archives contain a real treasure, the Carta Pobla, the first constitution of the inhabitants of Lleida, which dates back to 1150.

Ardales's interpretation centre is designed as a hyphen between us and the history of the cave that we discover at the end of the visit. In the large circular hall, you can see the reproduction of a ground excavation site while, all around, panels summarize the main knowledge we have of our ancestors: the places where they lived, the traces found and the great stages of human evolution. On the floor, the exhibition focuses on the presentation of the cave and archaeological discoveries in the region. A space even allows to move virtually into the cave via a 3 D reconstitution.

Inaugurated at the end of 2014, this small interpretation centre consists of a few areas representative of a primitive habitat forming an introduction to the Neolithic world. Daily life, tooling, cooking, housing… Everything has been reviewed and made accessible to the general public. Many photographs and a small documentary show on-line the information on the huts.

Founded in 1914 by the painter Jaume Morera, the museum has held various places before settling in the historic building of the ancient casino of Lleida. The tour offers a route through the art of the 1930 th century, during which we will be particularly interested in the avant-garde period of the s through the work of Leandre Cristòfol, considered one of the pioneers of surrealist sculpture in Catalonia.

Two small pieces present the main archaeological discoveries of the cave: bones, vases, bracelets, tombstones, which form a sample of the historical richness of a shipyard still being searched.

Located in the former convent of the "Victoria", this museum has been hosting deposits from around the world since 1982, such as those of Los Castellares, Castillo Anzur, Fuente Alamo… It is organized around two sections: Archaeology and ethnography. In the cloister, Roman mosaics from Fuente Alamo are noted. In its part, the ethnography refers to the Puente Genil industrial de from the end of the th and early th centuries and, in particular, its expertise in agri-food industry, with tools and models that retraçant the manufacture of quince paste (membrillo).

The cultural centre of Candamo, housed in a former palace, houses the centre of interpretation of the cave where you can observe a small scale reproduction of the Peña. It is interesting to go there before the visit in situ, because the original paintings are damaged and difficult to discern in the cave itself, while the colours have obviously been accentuated on the reproduction. You can thus exercise your eye and do nothing. The most important panel consists of over 50 figures, the oldest of which is more than 30 000 years old, that is, a age comparable to the paintings of the cave of Chauvet. The most recent bulls are 10 000 years old. At the top left of the panel, anthropomorphic figures are noted.

Two other rooms exhibit photographs of the other caves in the region as well as a reproduction of the main panel of the Grotte cave.

Opened in 2005, he hosts a permanent collection of paintings, sculptures and archaeology. This includes the sculptures of the country's child, Mauricio Tinoco, as well as vestiges of different Roman villas and the time of Chalcolithique.

Located in a typical house of the city, recently rehabilitated, it presents the history and processes of the great référent of the village: the torta del Casar, but it also shows the daily life of families (houses, kitchen objects, ovens…) and the shepherds, with their work tools (fers to mark the beasts or hooks to catch them). Several videos reflect this visit by contextualisant objects presented and reconstructed spaces.

A symbol of the power of the Velasco line, this imposing Gothic fortress was built at the end of the xivth century, between 1370 and 1380, and classified as a National Monument in 1931. Composed of two square towers, crowned with niches and connected by a central building, Alcázar has a austere and robust look. The interior retains elements of the original decoration, of mutiny inspiration. The Alcázar houses the historical museum of the Merindades, which traces the history of the region.

The museum occupies the building of Cal Perelló, which retains th and th century noble rooms. The exhibition is structured around various themes: in the noble rooms we discover the reconstitution of a typical house of wealthy landowners of the th century. The archaeological collection, for its part, is interested in the iberians origins of the current region of Urgell. Finally, the museum houses an important collection of works by the sculptor Antoni Alsina i Amils, born in Tàrrega in 1863, whose original classical style will evolve towards modernism in the th century in Catalonia.

You will not be able to miss by taking the road that leads to Zafra, because it is a little the encounter of the horse factor and Gaudí, or Alice's palace to wonderland, according to its cultural references. Started in 1989 and still unfinished today, this construction is the result of the creative imagination of Francisco González Gragera who wanted to build a dwelling house and other constructions (towers, walls…), all in the same round style and colorful by many mosaics. In this 120 m ² set, you will also find a pond, a waterfall and a fountain dedicated, according to its creator, to the man of the countryside, as well as a small craft workshop and a shop.

The current Cervera Museum is the result of the union between the old Musée Museum, the Wheat and agriculture museum and the Museum-museum Duran i Sanpere. In addition to the rich collections of archaeology and painting on the ground floor, we discover on the floor the reconstitution of a typical interior of rich landowners of the th century. The Wheat and Agriculture Museum is currently closed for work.

Through models, this museum is raising awareness of the activities of the rural world (work, habitat, fiestas, field life) still very alive in this region. After this first step, you are advised to discover this reality in situ by visiting the village of Cenera. 

In order to explain the processes of traditional cheese development, it also informs about the most significant aspects of farming and traditions. With three thematic sections: milk, cheese, and butter. 

We will, of course, stop in this place which pays tribute to one of the flagship products of the production and Gastronomy of La Bañeza, beans, of course white but also of all other colours and which benefits from a PGI (protected geographical indication) Alubia de la León-León. Located in the building where its regulatory council sits, it presents a collection of instruments, models and photographs to better understand the culture of this product, as well as samples of all varieties from Spain. 

After 19 years of project and an investment of 27 million euros (junta de Andalucia and the European Union), the new Iberian Museum of Jaén was inaugurated in December 2017 by the King. A presence commensurate with the project and ambition. On the premises of the former Jaén prison, an ultra-modern building of more than 11,000 m² now houses nearly 3,500 items relating to Iberian culture, nearly 40% of which have never been exhibited and are the result of excavations carried out in recent years in the province. This will make this museum the most important reference in this field for the whole of Spain. The province is also the most significant Iberian site on the entire peninsula. This is an opportunity to note that while this crop gave its name to Spain, it also left it many agricultural tools, pottery techniques, crops such as vines, olives and almonds. Not to mention the patio houses that survived until the Roman conquest.
