Opening in 2020, this museum is the only one of its kind in Spain. Its aim is to show the place occupied by women in a city like Tossa. In particular, by showing the role they played in different areas of activity. For example, in a sector that was essential to the town - fishing - they repaired nets, sold fish or prepared them for salting. They were also involved in farming and livestock breeding. The museum is housed in Can Ganga, a 16th-century fortified farmhouse.
