Family museum in the center of the city with very well preserved interior decoration and furniture
The Museu Romàntic Can Papiol is located in a stately home built between 1790 and 1801, in the center of the city. The visit allows us to discover the interior of a well-to-do 19th century family at the height of Romanticism. The interior decoration and furniture, very well preserved, reflect the spirit of the industrial bourgeoisie of the 19th century and the tastes in vogue at that time. The Papiol family lived in this house until 1959.
