The young leader is overflowing with creativity and going. Its cuisine, simple and harmonious, has a festive air.

It's hard to get more feet in the water. Adjacent to the hill of black rocks at the end of the beach, it offers a pretty terrace with sea view. Which you can enjoy from breakfast, continue at brunch and until the end of the night if you feel like it, as its location is its best asset. On the menu, fresh fish specialties, served a la plancha, seafood, grilled sardines and, for those who can't do without it, paella. Pleasant welcome despite the sometimes long wait.

At first glance, this small restaurant located not far from the airport doesn't look like much. Yet it is one of the best addresses in La Palma, with a rural setting, several rooms and terraces. According to the locals, this is where you will taste the freshest and tastiest fish on the island, such as grilled moray eels, sheltered from the wind in bungalows. On the menu also meat, papas arrugadas, local cheeses, octopus, and a farandole of desserts. Very fast service and absolutely unbeatable value for money.

This restaurant has a nice terrace facing the sea and the port, but this is not its only asset, far from it. It is also known for its beautiful seafood menu and the pretty presentation of its dishes. You can try gambas with fennel or squid with caramelized onions. And don't worry, the fish served will always be fresh daily. For dessert, you can opt for the mango sorbet with pineapple sauce. And you will also appreciate the warm and smiling welcome.

In this restaurant located on the port of Las Nieves, the interior decor will be logically very marine. But you can also sit on its beautiful terrace, to enjoy the view of the sea and the port, knowing that it is often full and that you have to arrive a little earlier to sit down. As in many restaurants of this village, it is better to opt for simplicity and to privilege the fish of the day, simply a la plancha. The portions are honest and the service correct even if it is under pressure when boats arrive.

The restaurant El Jardin offers sandwiches in a beautiful setting for the small bite and budget. Ideal for a natural zumo (natural fruit juice).

The barra, the walls, everything is white in Florida, a restaurant a little far from the centre, but popular with accitanos, who go there with friends. You can sit at the barra, quite comfortable with its row of stools, and choose one of the many presentations of prawns, à la plancha, salt, pil-pil, or accompanying artichoke hearts. And continue with a series of homemade croquettes or albondigas, meatballs, very tasty. Knowing that each dish will be hearty. Booking recommended unless you are in no hurry.

Restaurant located on the small port of Elantxobe, with a very pleasant terrace in the beautiful days. Fresh fish, fresh fish, but also good pintxos. Nearby, in the old fisherman's brotherhood, Ogoñope (managed by the same owners) offers an elegant setting for a more chic meal.

This restaurant was one of the first to open in Cala Galdana. It enjoys a good reputation for its Menorcan cuisine. We come here to eat fresh fish in a family atmosphere. The daily menus (classic and especial) include a starter, main course and dessert. On the à la carte menu, you'll have to choose from the many tapas on offer(calamar a l'andalusa, pop a la gallega, patates braves, garlic shrimp, etc.) before turning your attention to the dozen or so proposals forarrossos and paellas to share.

It is certainly the best terrace of Cortegana that guarantees beautiful views of the castle, the village and the surrounding reliefs. In the summer, its numbered stone tables fill up very quickly, with the idea of enjoying some nice tapitas where you will find all the pieces of the Iberian pig. A minimum for the region, but prawns, grilled sardines, revueltos and fish, will also be present on the menu. In winter, we enjoy grilled meat and paella inside in front of the fireplace. It is not expensive and it is copious.

If you want to try the local tapas, with extra virgin olive oil in the spotlight, you'll be happy to visit this friendly Pepe. You can sit in a small, unpretentious room or on the basic terrace. In this bar, located in a pedestrian street near Hostal Rafi, you can enjoy the good tapas of the day with copious portions, in the company of a family of regulars who remain faithful to him: aubergine fritters with honey, salpicón de mariscos (seafood salad), riñones al Jerez (kidneys) or artichokes with broad beans..

This is the hotel restaurant (with swimming pool) of the same name, among the most interesting in the area! In a rustic room, make the appeal of the specialities at the moment: truchas/trout (eh!), oven cabri, rabbit rabbit, roasted quails in honey…

Nestled in one of the corners of the small plaza Altamirano, the Zozoi is first a very nice setting to ask itself with dining room but also lovely terrace, to rally both day and night. And what we eat there goes well with the decor. A fresh and creative cuisine inspired by the Mediterranean, but mainly with the Pase Lenoir paste, the chief of Zozoi, who has a considerable experience as professor at the Cordon Bleu school in Madrid. The result is a fine selection of products: Galicia meat, fish and vegetables of the market and season, worked with precision and great respect of tradition in cooking or preparing sauces accompanying them. Savor the delicious lamb slice or pooled butterfly with spinach and with spinach… knowing that menu dishes change one to two times a week. In soft radius, the slightly caramelized tatin pie was appreciated and vanilla ice was accompanied by vanilla ice. Attentive and friendly service. In short, a very good address in Marbella.

Installed in the Hotel Bahia del Duque since 2021, this restaurant had opened its doors in 2018, headed by a Chilean cook, Fernanda Fuentes, and an Italian chef, Andrea Bernardi. And the objective to give pride of place to the products of these two countries. For example, you can try baby carrots with mandarin oranges and hazelnuts or squid rings served with goat's milk and hazelnuts. Another specialty of this one-star restaurant is the extensive use of fruit and vegetables in the form of juices.

A change of scenery is guaranteed at this address run by Mexicans: ceviches, aguachiles, tacos, sopas, enchiladas, tamales, tostadas... There are alternatives for vegetarians and vegans, and the cuisine is guaranteed gluten-free. Don't hesitate to try the mezcal and tequila cocktails before enjoying the Aztec gastronomy in Andalusia. A menu full of flavours for everyone and which stands out from the current Sevillian gastronomic offer. We highly recommend this taqueria and mezcaleria.

Right in the heart of Maó, the Mercat des Peix (Fish Market) is an institution. Not only has it always been the place to go for fish and seafood shopping, but over time it has also become a gourmet meeting place, with a string of small restaurants facing the fish stalls. Choose from a variety of specialties, then take your tray and sit down in the small, picturesque courtyard to feast in a cosmopolitan, seafaring atmosphere. Stopover recommended.

This restaurant has been a reference in Segovia since... 1895! A never old-fashioned success and an ideal table to taste this famous little pig. The other regional specialities are also on the menu and, to water it all, you just have to choose a good bottle of wine from a very well stocked cellar. In the basement, you can have a drink in a small tavern that serves wonderful tapas. In short, a rustic and friendly atmosphere for this friendly establishment not to be missed. Reservation recommended.

Opened in 1854, La Carmencita is one of the first taverns in the city. If you don't really suspect it from the outside with this sober and chic grey front, once you pass the door, you are immediately immersed in the Madrid of yesteryear. The tiles on the walls, the grandmother's plates, the joyful hubbub, in short the real Madrid table as we like it! Spanish cuisine is tasty and we particularly liked the beef balls with salsa sauce or the meat fritter with mushroom cream. An address to test.

This is one of Aranjuez's fine establishments, in operation since 1903. Two qualities have earned it its good reputation: an ideal location, right on the river, and a typical menu, where game and bull meat predominate, as in all the restaurants in the region. But, more original, here it's the frog that has made the reputation of the establishment, and in particular its excellent frog legs(ancas de rana) with garlic. A good idea before, of course, concluding your meal with local strawberries.

Set back from Calle Mayor, this restaurant stands out first and foremost for its resolutely contemporary and very stylish setting. Nothing to say, it's a success! And, on the catering side, the menu is up to the task with fresh, quality products. Galician mussels and grilled octopus are excellent and have nothing to envy to the few good meat dishes and truffle eggs. A few rather original pizzas complete the menu. Very good value for money

This is certainly one of the best addresses in the municipality of Aranjuez! A stone's throw from the Royal Palace, this address offers excellent (and very copious) meat dishes at a rather good price-quality ratio. If it is better to book in high season, the terrace is an option of choice in the middle or at the end of a good day's visit. Carnivores will love it and the wine list is quite extensive to water all this. We really like the address, even if the service can be a little long in high season.

In the heart of a garden and immersed in the greenery of Monte del Pardo, the bustle of the Puerta del Sol (only 15 minutes away!) will seem very far away.... This family table (a small children's park is available for guests and some animals can be easily approached) is also a welcome haven of freshness in summer. And, not to spoil anything, the meat is particularly tasty, the portions are generous, the rather classic tapas menu is well provided and the terrace is really very pleasant.

You can have lunch in this old renovated mill - the Molí des Racó - which has a very original terrace on the top. It serves traditional cuisine in generous portions. The menu includes delicious fried mallorquí, as well as classic Menorcan soups, grilled fish and snails(cargols), one of the house specialities. This is a restaurant with a long tradition, well known to all Menorcans. Very pleasant service. A recommended stopover to get to know the real Menorca a little better.

In the center, near the church of San Salvador, this traditional family restaurant is run by the young Pili Manterola, who has taken over from her grandfather. You will be welcomed in a large and warm room, and will be seated either in the main room or on the interior balconies. Woodwork and white tables, the atmosphere is warm and friendly. On the menu, a tasty traditional cuisine, where fish is king, but where meat is not left out. Specialty of parilla, cooked on large barbecues.

Buffet service with seafood and all kinds of dishes.

A good asador restaurant located at the foot of Mount San Miguel de Ereñozar, 150 meters from the Santimamiñe Caves and the Basondo Animal Refuge. It is housed in a nice 18th century caserio where you can eat outdoors in its huge terrace, while children enjoy its playground. A la carte, a traditional and copious Basque cuisine, including good plates of red beans (alubias), meat and fish grilled in the brasa, and homemade desserts. Good menu at weekends!

It is the tavern of the gourmet restaurant Jolastoki, offering traditional quality cuisine. Snails with biscayenne, rice to mussels, etc.

One of the best restaurants in town. Its specialities: ravioli cod, grilled octopus, or for carnivores, prime rib with confit potatoes. Appetizing.

Located in the upper part of the village of Elantxobe, and 20 m from the hotel of the same name, it is possible to admire this charming harbour while enjoying the dishes of traditional cuisine, including excellent fish and meat.

This restaurant specialising in cod prepares innovative and refined cuisine. You can taste cod prepared in various ways (with pil-pil sauce basque, or in the form of croquettes). Very neat and cosy setting with views of the ría.
