It is a beautiful and cozy restaurant, with exposed stone walls and wooden ceiling, located in Manresa, in the province of Barcelona. Head for the shopping town with a family (from there, well, from here!) for caviar of aubergines, hummus or falafels to choose from an appetizing list of tapas (gift accompanying each drink ordered). Here he opts for creations or renovations of traditional recipes in tasting portions: esthetic salmorejo, oysters with gin tonic and cucumber pearls, sturdy sturgeon on stuffed toe and small suppers, merluza to mussels and mushrooms, cochinillo (milk pig) on reduction of potatoes, segureño lamb, strawberry soup Vanilla… Beautifully presented, original and creative. It is very atypical by its decoration: a huge collection of objects (more than 300) of all kinds representing cows: statues, cuddly toys, ashtrays... You can sit down to drink a coffee, have an aperitif or a lunch of good regional cuisine. All the pintxos on display at the counter are a delight, especially those made with anchovies. The charm of the place and the attention paid to the quality of the cuisine, which is respectful of the Canarian tradition and has a touch of modernity, this patio has many assets. Located in Patria, a few kilometers northeast of Vejer de la Frontera, the restaurant of the Sindhura rural hotel has become a sought-after address. It's a family affair, the business dates back to 1956, and you can feel that the products are carefully selected: in an atmosphere that is not at all silent, you can enjoy all kinds of delicious little dishes, from croquetas, to portions of fried squid, from poached egg with asparagus sauce to boards of Navarrese cold meats...
