In their restaurant in the heart of Avilés, Conchi Álvarez and Mario Céspedes offer a surprising fusion cuisine, combining influences from Asturias, Japan and Peru. On the menu, ceviches, sushi and gyozas rub shoulders with braised octopus and carrilleras (pork) accompanied by truffle rice, to be shared around a high table (indoors) or a barrel (outdoors) for a convivial meal. Since its opening in 2011, the establishment has become a gastronomic reference in the region.
