This is because this restaurant opts for local fish, where you can enjoy cherne with a green clam sauce, black Canary hake, sea urchin revuelto, shrimp tails served warm with their herb vinaigrette orcaldoso rice with seafood. We also go local, with artisanal cheeses from the island and homemade desserts such as cheese ice cream served with honey from La Palma. All to be enjoyed while admiring Arinaga Bay from panoramic windows.
