The Guggenheim's gourmet restaurant, run by chef Josean Alija. It can be accessed through the main door, which overlooks the ria, or from inside the museum. Minimalism reigns in the restaurant room, with shades of white and beige. Josean Alija echoes the architecture of the Guggenheim with his personal and avant-garde creations, rewarded with a Michelin star. His cuisine is based on research, product analysis and the search for the essence of flavours. A conceptual and quite fascinating approach to gastronomy.
