Brasserie Distillerie Veyrat is the union of two enthusiasts: Manu, who makes his beers with organic hops and barley grown on the Marcellaz-Albanais farm, and Aline, a sportswoman with a passion for the mountains. A pioneer of artisanal distillation in the Puy-de-Dôme, the distillery was opened in 2021 in Brassac-les-Mines. Quentin, a Clermont-Ferrand native and distilling oenologist, decided to return to Auvergne after years of apprenticeship in Cognac. He works with local and French products (volcano water, whisky barley...) to create unique, high-quality spirits. No flavoring or sugar is added. The range of spirits is regularly enriched: whisky, gin, rum... The distillery's products can be found in restaurants, wine shops and online.

It was in 2016 that Laurent Dartère, who runs the grocery store in Saint-Donat, had the idea to create the Gentiane de l'Abbaye. This local artisanal liqueur has been a great success. Since then, other liqueurs have been created, all made from local products: the blueberry-chestnut liqueur or the "potion du bougnat", a mixture of fresh verbena, fresh lemon mint and fresh gentian roots. Of course, the producer is present every year in Picherande on the occasion of the great European Gentian Festival.

Otta, the first Corsican Arrangerie rum distillery, was born in Barretali from the inspiration and determination of its creators, Laurence and Sandra, inspired by their own lives. Eco-responsible values for an island production based on AOC and IGP rums from the best producers and short circuits for local fruits and berries. Founded in the ^mid-19th century, Distillerie Génestine will rise from the ashes in 2021 thanks to Sébastien Jolivet. Its flagship product is a reinterpretation of the liqueur Le Gaulois. Now an Italian-style vintage vermouth in the ^21st century, it is accompanied by a new range of spirits: a jet 31 with organic peppermint, a limoncello with the taste of lemon leaves, a pastis with gentian, not forgetting 1845 Elixir, made from 80 plants and spices. The bottles proudly bear the figure of Vercingétorix, as imagined by Auguste Bartholdi.

A forester and alchemist of the garrigue, Anouchka's passion for nature has been passed down from her ancestors, and it was in the midst of wild harvesting that her desire to differentiate herself from traditional liqueurs and arranged rums was born. Doctor "ès. Rhum", she produces elixirs where organoleptic balance is mastered. Saffron, wild fennel, rose geranium, cade berry, rosemary, thyme flower or myrtle, the aesthetics of the bottles are sublimated by the plant or fruit that expresses itself, infuses itself and offers such a unique and particular taste. At the heart of Romanèche-Thorins for over 130 years, Maison Jacoulot is renowned for the quality of its marcs and fines de Bourgogne. Today at the head of the company, the Vançon family perpetuates its know-how, producing over 120,000 bottles each year by hand. After more than a quarter-century of expertise, from April 2024 the establishment will offer an immersion into the unique Citadelle Gin production process. From the subtle marriage of juniper berries and aromatic herbs to the tasting, the senses are awakened as we delve into the secrets of gin production in the impressive cathedral distillery.

Nicolas Schott's skillful alchemy is at work in the village of Harreberg. His bottles of liqueurs, aged rums and whiskies can be found at the Comptoir des saveurs in Sarrebourg. Initiated by his grandfather Joseph to the mysteries of distillation in the small family workshop, Nicolas Schott founded his house in 2012. He selects ripe fruit from the orchards of local growers, which he processes with slow fermentation and wood-fired distillation.

Cédric, Laure, Jacques and Pierre, four whisky lovers, created their own whisky brand "Black Mountain" in 2011 near Toulouse. Only one year later, they bottled their first blended whisky; the "BM2", a greedy, generous and accessible product. Today, there are no less than 15 whiskies in their online store and in retail outlets. Their objective through their range: to create whiskies of excellence elaborated with the greatest care in Occitania in order to seduce and delight the senses of the amateurs.

What a great story this family distillery has. Tired of a life spent behind a desk, these young founders left the city for this project. Their first gin, named Polly, was a great success with distributors in the region. New recipes are already in the works, including a whiskey. They will use as many local herbs and ingredients as possible. The distillery and its store are open in Kerdelec to welcome you, visit, exchange without moderation and of course taste.

Crusòl means melting pot in Occitan, where cultures mix. This Franco-Russian distillery was created by Kristina, from St. Petersburg and Thomas, from Gourdon. They combine their two cultures to create delicate and racy organic spirits, with a range of gin, vodka with Saffron du Quercy and even white, amber and blended rums.
