DISTILLERIE CILLIÈRES

This artisanal distillery was created in the 1960's by Olivier Cillières' grandfather, today owner with his wife Séverine. The specialty of the house: eau-de-vie with fruits bought from small local producers (strawberry, apricot, apple, pear, mirabelle plum, kiwi, prune, prune). This range is enriched by a brandy arranged with vanilla and tonka bean, named in a very spiritual way for a spirit "Esprit Dérangé". All the production is distilled in an old still made in Agen for more authenticity.
