Nicolas Schott's skillful alchemy is at work in the village of Harreberg. His bottles of liqueurs, aged rums and whiskies can be found at the Comptoir des saveurs in Sarrebourg. Initiated by his grandfather Joseph to the mysteries of distillation in the family's small workshop, Nicolas Schott founded his house in 2012. He selects ripe fruit from the orchards of local growers, which he processes with slow fermentation and wood-fired distillation.
