Welcome to a friendly organic estate! Since 1997, Patrick Guiraud, an oenological engineer, has carried out his organic conversion and cultivates his vines in a way that respects nature. all year round, you can taste a range of sulphur-free wines in the heart of the Petite Camargue gardoise. Group visits are possible for up to 15 people.

At the top of a hill planted with muscat vines, a grove hides the Tour de Farges. The history of the estate goes back to the establishment of Jacques de Farges, an apothecary of Montpellier on these lands in the 15th century. Rom the old building, there are only three towers left and they are the testimony of famous people who had seen them. Indeed, in the 19th century, François Sabatier d'Espeyran married the singer Caroline Ungher and the couple received at the castle many cultural personalities, including the painter Courbet and Karl Marx. Years pass but the reputation of the wines of the property remains. Located on the Muscat appellation of Lunel, its wine is very well known in its category.

Vignobles Terrassous is a wine cellar offering a wide selection of quality wines. With a drive-through and contactless delivery service, customers can easily purchase their favorite wines. It is important to note that the sale of alcohol is strictly forbidden to minors under the age of 18, in accordance with the French Public Health Code.

In 1960 Guy Tesseron, a great name in Cognac, took over the 17th century property but everything was in ruins, or almost. He renovated the cellars and the vat house and decided to demolish the château. In its place, he built a residence based on the plans of a chartreuse. The rebirth of the wine was also to be done and in 1966 he presented a wine worthy of a 4th Grand Cru Classé. The next step was the purchase of Château Pontet-Canet, followed a few years later by Château Malescasse. The wines of Château Lafon Rochet come from 40 hectares of vines in a single block.

At Joannès Colombier, this cru of cru who distillait some William's pear from her orchard. This alcohol was brought to the attention of Fernand Point conservator who took the best fate at his greedy table. François Douville, originally from Paris, after studying agricultural engineering, started as a consultant in viticulture and oenology in Toulouse. Anatole, the estate's flagship cuvée, is a red where syrah takes over with a fine tannic structure and a very fine texture. Fine, fresh and balanced wines, especially not crushed by the sun!

Small shop set in the historic center of Verdun, not far from the bar of the same name, which offers a wide selection of beers (170 bottled beers and 12 pressure). This small estate of nine and a half hectares, cultivated by integrated pest management, contains all the seven grape varieties of Alsace. As is often the case, the history of this estate goes back to the time when the Popes ruled from Avignon. Nine centuries later, the estate covers an area of 8 ha. The vines are 40 years old on average and production is reduced to 30 hl / hectare. The vineyard is divided into four grape varieties: grenache, cinsault, syrah and mourvèdre. The estate offers four vintages per vintage: the Tradition red vintage, the Reserve red vintage, the Claretière rosé vintage and the White Oak white vintage.

This farm has been in the family for several generations, and is now run by Valentin Abit. The estate boasts no fewer than 6,000 apple trees, producing 17 different varieties of apple. Bois Joly is located in the Pallet, 20 km south-east of Nantes. It is a family farm of 30 hectares of old vines averaging 30 years, and 60 years for the oldest. The owners are from parents and grandparents Vignerons winemakers. The quality approach is very important in this area. The vines enjoy the lightest possible chemical treatment in order to best respect the environment. A delicate pressing makes it possible to extract the best juice. The latter will then be carefully débourbés before being finely vinified with suitable temperature.

Under the leadership of Yannick and Sylvie, the Ostertag-Hurlimann estate is beginning a new chapter in its beautiful winegrowing saga. The children of Jeanine and René have no shortage of ideas for the dynamic management of their 18-hectare HVE3-certified estate. The vines planted in part on the Grand Cru Winzenberg give birth to wines with assertive aromas, such as the Riesling 2020 (Gilbert & Gaillard gold medal) which has good ageing potential.

As its name shows you will find in this cellar many references of Champagne. And, as its name does not indicate, you will also find references of spirits including whisky. Choose from these many references which name will have your preference. If the choice proves too complicated, trust sellers who will guide you on what best suits you.

In the heart of the Gard Piedmont, Domaine Bos de Canna is owned by the Baniol family. It stretches over the slopes, between scrubland, olive trees and strawberry trees. The vineyard is divided into six plots and is planted with Syrah, Grenache, Chardonnay and Sauvignon. We will advise you on the vintage that bears the name of the domain: Bos de Canna.

With their wide range of services, the cellars of the Madeleine are often recommended by the Inhabitants of Saint Malo. You will find many wines and spirits, always with a personalised advice.

The Musset-Roullier vineyard vinifies the famous loire slopes, but also red and white, rosé-de-loire, traditional method in bubbles and cabernet-anjou. As they say: " Even if the winemaker "domicta" nature and the truth is in the wine, the solution is in the ground. They therefore carried out a condition of the different soils in order to understand how they operate, the type, the state of health and do everything in their power to feed them, to manage the vigor of the vine and thus to achieve an optimum vine/soil balance. This is one of the stages of reasoned culture so that each plot gives the best, with the optimal grape variety, to harvest grapes in the beautiful potential… Then there is a gentle handling of the harvest, a pneumatic squeeze, a control of the temperatures to extract, among other things, the best natural perfumes, and a micro oxygenation that refines the vinifications. These lovely people will always receive you with simplicity and gaiety (including Saturday morning at the Beaucouzé farmer market next to Atoll).

We have tasted:

Red Anjou The 9 Twenty 2010 (4,60 €). Black cherry dress. Open nose, wide, plant. Wide mouth, warm final, a little animal, raced, spicy. Tannins tight but melted, very pleasant on a veiled veal to the morilles and vegetable gardener.

Anjou traditional rosé method Indocile 2009 (5.90 €). Nice burst of bubbles, nose and clean. It is a well balanced nectar, tender, very well done, without heaviness. Drink with pleasure!

Many of the Parisians, either on their balcony, in the courtyard of their buildings and for the lucky ones in their garden, plant one or more feet of vines. Jacques Melac, "the man with the great bacchantes" is the president of this association who collects the grapes produced by vines planted in the capital (himself has a vineyard foot which takes root in its wine cellar). On the day of harvest, each one brings its harvest, the grapes will be vinified and bottled under the name of "Wine of Paris". Christine and Olivier Jouvault, independent winemakers, welcome you to their wine estate, a family business that has been passed down for five generations. They took over the estate in 1998, perpetuating it by combining tradition and modernity. Their vineyard covers 24 hectares planted with Cabernet Franc for the reds and rosés, and Chenin for the whites. The clay-limestone and clay-siliceous soil of their domain gives birth to renowned wines that go well with white meat, poultry, red meat, even game or cheese.

On the^2nd highest point of the Gironde, Château Puyfromage was built at the end of the ^16th century, next to an ^11th-century keep and a royal dovecote (still visible). The name comes from an episode in the Hundred Years' War. English troops waited for smoke signals from the keep at the edge of the plateau... From edge to cheese! The 54 hectares of vines produce award-winning quality wines in the Francs Côtes de Bordeaux appellation. ISO14001 and HVE3 certified, the château is in the process of converting to organic farming.

In Mauves, in the heart of the Saint-Joseph appellation, Bernard Gripa and his son, Fabrice, vinify very beautiful reds and whites on granitic soils. A little further on, in Saint-Péray, you can enjoy two vintages based on marsanne and roussanne. The vine is the object of all the care, with exclusively manual interventions and compost additions.

Since the first hectare of strawberries in 1978, the Cozon family has expanded, today offering over 25 hectares and nearly fifty varieties of fruit and vegetables. The estate is respectful of cycles and seasons, offering different harvests throughout the year. And don't miss the nearby Plessis market, both a pick-your-own store and a genuine local market, offering a wide range of local produce.

Fabienne and Bruno Venturi, independent winegrowers in organic farming, produce wines that respect the terroir and the environment by strictly complying with the specifications of organic farming corresponding to the "Organic Wine" appellation. 8 hectares of vines, worked as naturally as possible, and planted with these different grape varieties: chardonnay, muscat, sauvignon, vermentino, syrah and grenache. Quality wines, fine and subtle, bringing sweetness and fruitiness to the palate, to match all food and wine pairings.

The Imaginarium is a temple of wine where everything is done so that you can learn about the vine and the work of the winegrower, including a tasting in several formulas. But it is also a wine and spirits shop, the largest wine library in Burgundy! You can also indulge in the oenocercle: a unique system in Burgundy, it allows you to taste as many wines as you like from among 12 Premiers and Grands Crus, thanks to a magnetic card system.

Château d'Exindre is a vineyard offering a selection of quality wines. The estate offers AOC Grés de Montpellier, AOC Muscat de Mireval, AOC Languedoc and IGP Collines de la Moure wines.

Vimont Castle was bought in 2008 by the Workshops Saint-Joseph which employ people in a disability situation who work with passion and pride. The wines of Graves produced by the ESAT (Establishment and Service of Aid through Labor) at the Château is delicate and has been rewarded several times in wine competitions.

Behind the pretty name La Tulipe is a wine and spirits cellar, also a delicatessen. At its head, Pascale Chevalier and Vincent Faure, very experienced in viticulture. In their shop, they offer selections of wines from all horizons, spirits, beers, ciders and lemonades. The wines are particularly pampered and chosen from winegrowers who are just as passionate as they are and whom they have visited. Their range extends from well-known wines to small nuggets found far from the beaten track and large labels. A cellar area is also dedicated to activities, tasting courses and workshops.

The origin of the castle dates back to the creation of a hermitage on the road to Santiago de Compostela, 350 years ago during the reign of King Louis XIV. On these clay and limestone soils, the monks had already planted vines. Jean-Jacques Bréban took over operations in 2019. The twenty hectares of the vineyard composed of the region's grape varieties, rolle, syrah, grenache, carignan, cabernet sauvignon produces vintages that often win awards in various agricultural competitions... Notably the Nuit blanche cuvée in rosé which won a silver medal at the Concours agricole général de Paris. Guest house with three bedrooms located in an old chapel. Château l'Arnaude also has its adventure park, of the accrobranche type, in the heart of the vineyards with more than 53 workshops, for children and adults, including a 200 m zip line.

This wine-growing property has been developing several generations of champagne from vineyards located on the land of Louvois and Bouzy. These wines are among the best in Champagne. Born in the facilities of this property, wines come from Pinot noir and chardonnay grape varieties. There are six: Cuvée of Selection, Cuvée of Reserve, Cuvée Vintage, Cuvée Rosé, Cuvée Blanc de Blanc, Cuvée 2 H (like Henri and Henriette Louvet, precursors of the Champagne Yves Louvet), among whom we distinguerons wine Selection to which a more prolonged ageing gives a more pronounced maturity and a more fruity fruity.

Stéphane Defraine has been breeding Fontenille wines since 1989. This Château de Fontenille, you will find it a few hundred meters from the Abbey of Sauve-Majeure. Here the gravelly soil of the Entre-deux-Mers is exploited with technique and talent to produce quality wines. The master of the estate actually cultivates a true passion for his terroir and vines and thus applies its experience and new technical means at the service of his Grands Vins de Bordeaux, Entre-deux-Mers. Château de Fontenille has 49 hectares of vines, 17 of which are white and 32 red, with a real concern to limit the environmental impact and respect the vines. Chemical weedkillers have thus been eliminated for about 12 years. You can therefore enjoy an AOC red Bordeaux, an AOC Entre-deux-Mers and an AOC Clairet Bordeaux. Note that this castle is regularly rewarded!

Oenologists' opinions:

Château de Fontenille Grand Vin de Bordeaux, 2011: brilliant dark red color. Fresh and fruity nose, notes of raspberry, redcurrant, beeswax, toasted bread, smoked. The attack is fresh, the tannins are of a beautiful maturity, the final is fruity and lively.

Entre-deux-Mers, 2012: pale yellow color. The nose is fresh and intense. A few notes of pineapple, grapefruit, pear and banana. The palate is fresh and fruity with a beautiful aromatic persistence.

Terrats is a small town of 600 inhabitants located 4 kilometres south of Thuir, at the foot of the Aspres, a land of legends and fairies! Its economy is entirely devoted to the vine. The cellar can be seen from miles around, with its famous Bottle Tower (the highest in Europe), reminiscent of a spaceship on its launch pad. The sales and tasting area is bright and welcoming. We like to chat with the winegrowers and as the manager confirms, "more than a place of sale, it's a place of life! ». Just like the Fourques cooperative, the Terrats cooperative vinifies, raises and markets a nice production, and above all Terrassous is the first producer of AOC Côtes du Roussillon Villages les Aspres. In particular, a new range of single grape varieties: Carignan by Terrassous, Grenache by Terrassous and Muscat sec by Terrassous 100 % Muscat d'Alexandrie. All the wines from the cellar and vinified on site are round and very pleasant on the palate, they are a credit to this magnificent Aspres terroir.

10 km north of Montpellier, we discover the domaine de Cassagnole, created in 1988 by Maryvonne and Jean-Marie Sabatier and taken up by their son Christophe in 2005. The vineyard spans 12,5 ha, divided between Claret, Saint-Mathieu and Assas. Since 2000, it has been converted to organic farming. A tasting: a slopes of stony aspen, from Syrah and Grenache, generous, round and gourmand.

This address, which quickly became one of the village's must-see places, was created by Karim and Serge in 2019. Here, we present you the wine cellar side and in our "on the go" restaurant section, you will discover the other asset of the house. On the walls, the photos that make the link with the name of the place that tells you that here, we are between good living. With its shelves very well arranged, various vineyards are proposed. We find a very nice selection of wines from the region in the three colors but also from other regions. And at the time of the aperitif or the dinner, tasty boards of cooked pork meats and cheeses will accompany the nectar which you will have chosen.

An organic estate. After generations, Bertrand Sourdais took over the management of this estate bordered by the Chinon forest and has since worked to develop great wines. If Cravant-les-Coteaux is home to 750 ha of the Chinon wine appellation, only 70 ha are in superior cru on the hillside. The Domaine de Pallus owns 12 of them on the best terroirs. Bertrand Sourdais and his wife Josette welcome you for a commented tasting of their Grand Vin de Pallus, Pensées de Pallus, Coq de Pallus and other Clos de Pallus.

Cases of wine as far as the eye can see, with more than 600 references of French and foreign wines, among which are the "grands crus classés", beers from all over the world, more than 350 references of whiskies and more than 150 rums, without forgetting vodkas, gins, tequilas and aperitifs: the Cave du Doyenné, created by the Rousselot family and its fine team, has been delighting wine-lovers and specialists for the last 32 years. Exceptional evenings are organized by the store to discover and taste the selections of the cellarmen.

Eric and Caroline Ploquin offer bottles of a fruity and affirmed wine at very affordable prices. The vinification takes place on the property according to a traditional method and the couple proposes to visit the chai as well as the cellar, history of enjoying even more tasting.

The estate's superb ^13th-century troglodytic cellars are home to quality wines, whether dry, semi-dry, sweet, syrupy or traditional method. Many of our wines have won awards. Vincent Métivier has been producing dry, semi-dry and soft, quiet vouvray since 1996. Over the years, many awards have been accumulated for this passionate winegrower. In the Vouvrillon vineyard, Vincent is a traditional winegrower. The estate covers nearly 20 hectares and five municipalities: Vernou-sur-Brenne, Vouvray, Chançay, Noizay and Nazelles-Négron. Always looking for a unique flavour, this winegrower offers you one of the most beautiful selections all week long, in Vouvray. You will find dry Tranquille Vouvray, semi-dry Tranquille Vouvray, soft Tranquille Vouvray, raw Traditional Method Vouvray, semi-dry or M. Du choix Cuvée, affordable prices and above all you will discover a know-how and a family history.

Between Saumur and Chinon, a Cabernet grape is not like the others: in fact, culture is done without weed, the soil is being worked on so that the vine feeds on existing organic materials. It is therefore organic wine that it is, red and rosé. There are two fermentation: one in a stainless steel tank and one in a concrete tank; The beverage is then high in oak or chestnut barrels for 6 to 12 months. The wines are clarified by a collage of egg white. The winemaking method is entirely artisanal. Has advised: the Dionysus and Les Pelouzes wines.

Since 1885, Klein-Wanner has specialized in brandies and bitters, a true emblem of Alsace's cultural heritage. Located in the old Haag brewery in Ingwiller, Klein Wanner produces four products: the authentic Sommer bitter, the alcohol-free one, the special lemon syrup and the Sommer flower, a beer brandy bitter made from orange and tangerine peels macerated in beer brandy. A jealously guarded secret recipe, made with the best quality ingredients.

The Caves Richemer were born out of the union of the cooperative cellars of Agde and Marseillan, bringing together a total of nearly 350 winegrowers on 1500 hectares of vines. Its three cellars (Agde, Marseillan-Plage and Marseillan-Ville) reflect all the richness of Mediterranean wines. They present the multiple references on their shelves, during tastings, on the internet... The Cellars make the flavours accessible and contribute to the promotion of the winegrowers of the region. Their specialities: the Terret blanc and Marselan grape varieties.

Occupied by the Jesuits from 1628, this 18-hectare vineyard, setup between pine trees and scrubland, is being converted to organic farming. From old south facing vines which have carefully been transformed to wine, Château Ventaillole AOC vintage is a marvel. Developed by a blend of Grenache, Syrah and Fer Servadou, this wine will let you discover the originality of Cabardes. Its unique label invented by the winemaker, was realised with the raids of the grapes. As a Wine for connoisseurs, it will satisfy amateurs.

Created in 1935, the Les Celliers de l'Aussou cooperative works on the vineyards located beside the Fontfroide, at few kilometers only from Narbonne, and in the middle of the scrubland. The special feature of the wines of the estate is that they are made from selected plots and harvested by hand. With 50% of black carignan, 35% of black grenache and 15% of syrah, you will enjoy the tasting of the red AOC Corbières Chefdebien. After its vinification in carbonic maceration, the wine is aged for 10 months in oak barrel. It goes well for example with cassoulet, the Aude traditional dish, but can also be kept for a few years depending on your patience. The special feature of Les Celliers de l'Aussou lies in the union of the vine and fruit: your table will be full of conviviality with the "innovative wines" which are the aromatised wines such as red-raspberry, white-nectarine and rosé-grapefruit. Les Vignobles de Vendéole offers you the opportunity to discover its wines in its shop all year round and takes you on a stroll to discover the magnificent landscapes of the Malepère during the "Oenoapéros" (by reservation or spontaneously), during July and August, a relaxed and commented tasting, accompanied by very local products, to be shared in the shade of a magnificent lime tree. It's a real treat for the eyes and the taste buds, good times to share with friends and family.

Luc Lapeyre is an authentic winegrower who expresses himself through the work of the land he loves so much. For him, the winegrower's work must begin with the soil and its originality. He seeks complexity in the production of his organic wines and obtains fresh and delicate nectars. The wine is matured in oak casks and 500-litre barrels, as written in the traditional manuscripts of the vinification of Languedoc wines. However, the wine does not remain marked by wood because Luc knows how to remove the wine from its containers at the right time. The cuvée is composed of reds, including the remarkable "Les Clots 2007", whites ("Nuit blanche"), rosés and a sparkling wine: "La buble pas pâle"... Another particularity of our winegrower: he does not lack humour and so much the better, because this quality ideally goes with the wines of the estate. You will notice the label of "L'Amourier" which will remind you of the cover of a famous book publishing company, or "Le vin à boire" which awaits only one thing: that you taste at the estate with Lucques olives that will be served to you by the owner.
