Always concerned about obtaining quality wines thanks to methods that are more respectful of the environment and health (Ecocert label in 2008), Pascal made the choice to turn to organic farming in 2012 and he farms his land on the principles of agroforestry and agroecology. He produces aromatic and complex wines, classified as Appellation d'Origine Protégée Bordeaux, Bordeaux Supérieur, Bordeaux Clairet, Entre-Deux-Mers and Bordeaux Crémant.

Lauris is a small town in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region. Although there isn't much information available about Traiteur Po', it appears to be a restaurant specializing in takeaway or home delivery.

Mickaël Raynal, independent winemaker, took over the family estate in 2010. The 14 hectares of vines are grouped around the cellar, facing the hamlet of Revel. Red wines, dry and sweet rosés, dry and sweet whites and 100% natural organic grape juice. 30 different grape varieties are grown in the vineyard. Domaine Hubert Fleurot was created in 2008 by Mr. Hubert Fleurot, who is passionate about vines and wine. The vines are cultivated using sustainable methods, without the use of herbicides. The estate's wines are made from whole grapes, then aged in oak barrels for 12 to 18 months. Acquired in 1932 by Philippe Nebout, the estate has been run by his descendants since 1981. Bordering the Grands Crus of the Saint-Emilion appellation, the vineyard stretches out in a single block on the southern slopes of the Pomerol plateau. Traditional grape varieties (Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc) are grown on the estate. The wines are aged in vats before being poured into oak barrels for several months, to bring out the finesse of their tannins and develop the distinctive taste of ripe fruit and undergrowth.

Brasserie de la Vézère is a microbrewery located in Uzerche, in the heart of the Limousin region. Since 2013, it has been producing a range of craft beers with the "Agriculture Biologique" and "Nature&Progrès" labels. The beers are brewed in the traditional way, without filtration or pasteurization, and are naturally carbonated by refermentation in the bottle. The brewery offers a permanent range of 6 organic beers, as well as short-lived brews and seasonal cuvées. Beers are available in 33cl and 75cl bottles, as well as 20L and 30L kegs. The Delacroix family has been farming here since the 1930s, and is committed to maintaining traditional cider apple orchards, while raising livestock. Since 1999, the apples have been transformed into brandies, aperitifs and apple juice. The farm has been organic since 2011. Ferme de Bonnetôt's products are renowned for their quality, thanks to the family's passion and the aromatic richness of the apples grown on the deep silts of the Pays de Caux, with a subsoil of flinty clay and deep chalk. The spirits are aged in the farm's cellars, a legacy of the Second World War blockhouses.
