Read moreAn amazing encounter for this Domaine de la Violette! First, we appreciate the park's park with these great hundred-year old cedars. All around the vineyards of Apremont and Des. Charles-Henri Gayet and his daughter Pauline took over this area. On 19 hectares, they produce all the vintages of Savoy: roussette, apremont, cavities. The work and quality of the wines in the area are often rewarded: proof of this, the three medals collected at the 2016 General Agricultural Competition.

Read moreHis family grew the vine for more than 200 years, his parents were installed at the Breuil in Beaulieu on Layon. Eric has been immersed in the land and after a few escapades in the foreign vineyards, Eric has set its sights on a land of Savennières, as the passionné dry white white white. Here, he makes mainly wines from the chenin vine to develop different vintages of Savennières on the plots of the Paddock north of Epiré (22 months of rearing in drums of 400 liters), of Pierre Becherelle (near the Casting of Squeezing), of the Roche to the monks and of Clos Ferrard more south towards the Possonnières. Cuvée is high in drums for one year and refines its vinification in a tank to feed the lies and thus round up. No introduction of synthetic products in the soil or on the vine, a choice of rustic varieties adapted to the very schisteuses plots (which give this minéralité so special to savennières) and seedlings and enfouissement of grass from ranks for a natural fertilizer.
