In Corsica, in a preserved and unique environment, Armelle and Dominique Sialelli opened in 1996 the Brasserie Pietra, 1 st brewery in the history of Corsica, and create a unique recipe in the world, a chestnut beer, la Pietra. This artisanal brewery rigorously selects its raw materials, and works with high-performance equipment (Steinecker,…) to guarantee the production of high quality beers. The Brewery, which celebrated 20 years in 2016, now breeds 6 exclusive recipes: Pietra, Pietra Bionda, Pietra Rossa, Colomba, white beer in the herbal herbs, Colomba Rosée, and Serena, a pure blonde beer.
