CAVE DE BONNIEUX

Wine Cellar Wine House

The Bonnieux winery celebrates its 100th anniversary in 2020. It is the oldest cellar in the department. Located in the heart of the Luberon Regional Park, the Bonnieux wine cellar has the particularity of being able to offer two different appellations: the AOP Luberon and the AOP Ventoux, wines from different terroirs with very specific personalities.
It should be noted that, for many years now, this winery has been particularly involved in the path of ecology. Indeed, in 1996, it acquired an autonomous station that treats the wine effluents in order to avoid discharging any pollutants into the environment. This concern for the preservation of the environment is also shared by all the members who are committed to a reasoned management of their crops.

BRASSERIE SANCERROISE

Gourmet products Beer and brewery

The Sancerroise Brewery is a family affair: for 15 years, the Dumas family has produced and marketed its artisanal beer. We had to find a variant to the vine that could, from time to time, unravel the gossip… It was in this corner of Berry, a great producer of brewery, that she was born with priesthood respecting the old brassico traditions. Thus, all beers are brewed, fermented, cautioned and bottled in the brewery. Most of them are made with Berrichon malts and high-quality Bavarian hops. Brewing techniques take back old recipes in infusion but also in decoding. We're getting the sancerroise blonde to the green lens of Berry. Black beers will love Sancerroise in Gruyt. La Sans-Gêne is a blonde, La Drôlesse is blonde and the Lou-Pelou is organic while the Sancerroise-Val-d 'Or is a beautiful redhorse. Come on, once is not custom, extra foam!

CHÂTEAU LE DEVOY MARTINE

Winery

Hunting lodge of the Marquis de Martine in the xiiith century, then bastion and vineyard in the xviiie, the Devoy Martine has belonged since 1968 to the Lombardo family, winemakers of father and son and daughter. Today Véronique, Marc's daughter, has taken over the family domain, anchoring his energy and ambition to pursue family philosophy: produce fine and elegant wines. The vineyard flourishes on the southern slopes of hills overlooking «the royal route of Lirac», with an area of 40 hectares of one holding. Grenache and syrah are located on the highest terraces made up of ancient alluvial soils with large rolls. Other grape varieties are planted on the bottom of the vineyard on the sandy ground. With consistency, respect for the environment, minimum treatment and controlled yields, the estate produces fine wines with very affordable value for money. The red of a fine balance between fruit, tannins and minerality combines elegance and power. Always noticed, white Lirac harvested by hand, drink within three years or let sleep four more years. Under a golden dress decorated with green reflections, fresh and elegant, very present flavors of pears and sweets, it tastes as well at aperitif, accompanying fish and seafood, sushi and nems, goat cheeses and counties.

DOMAINE VINDEMIO

Winery

A wine estate created in 2006 by a group of friends who are passionate about wine, and who above all promote loyalty, sharing and conviviality. Florentine and Albin Combe represent the fifth generation of a family of winegrowers. They manage this small estate, in organic and biodynamic agriculture, which grows on 10 hectares between two terroirs of the Ventoux appellation. The first terroir of 6 ha culminates at an altitude of 400 m in the commune of Mormoiron, which makes this parcel one of the highest in the appellation. The second terroir of 4 ha, located in the commune of Saint-Hippolyte-le-Graveyron, benefits from a unique protection against strong winds and extreme temperatures. The wines of Vindemio ( "I harvest" in Latin) are made from blends that give them an aromatic richness and balance that can be aged.

DOMAINE THIERRY FARJON

Winery

This young winemaker, former chef from Malleval, creates his field of all parts starting his first plantations in 1990. In 1993 there were no more than 2,000 bottles. Love of the profession, work and passion for quality have allowed Thierry to grow gradually and to exploit today about 6 ha in Saint-Joseph (4 ha planted, 2 ha purchased). No new drums here: voluntary choice to guide its wines towards freshness and fruit. Thierry Farjon will welcome you every day, preferably by appointment. In addition, this wine grower is part of the current momentum on the name: participate in the communication of "vine wine". It's time to come to discover the White Saint Joseph, the Red Saint Joseph or the Condrieu, 100% viognite.
