DOMAINE VINDEMIO
A wine estate created in 2006 by a group of friends who are passionate about wine, and who above all promote loyalty, sharing and conviviality. Florentine and Albin Combe represent the fifth generation of a family of winegrowers. They manage this small estate, in organic and biodynamic agriculture, which grows on 10 hectares between two terroirs of the Ventoux appellation. The first terroir of 6 ha culminates at an altitude of 400 m in the commune of Mormoiron, which makes this parcel one of the highest in the appellation. The second terroir of 4 ha, located in the commune of Saint-Hippolyte-le-Graveyron, benefits from a unique protection against strong winds and extreme temperatures. The wines of Vindemio ( "I harvest" in Latin) are made from blends that give them an aromatic richness and balance that can be aged.
