Read moreFrédéric and Lucile Delay are the third generation to run this beautiful 28-hectare estate. Manual harvesting, traditional methods with respect for the lunar cycles, natural ageing... We taste four AOC Côtes-du-Ventoux reds: Secret de Vincent, a cuvée made from plots of Syrah aged in oak barrels for one year; Les Vignes Rousses (2010), made from Carignan and aged in casks; Vieilles vignes, (vines over 50 years old). The estate also produces AOC Côtes-du-Ventoux white and a "Vin de Pays Portes de Méditerranée"

Here, 9,000 olive trees flourish on a 25-hectare estate, certified High Environmental Value, where vines and almond trees also grow.
