10 km north of Montpellier, we discover the domaine de Cassagnole, created in 1988 by Maryvonne and Jean-Marie Sabatier and taken up by their son Christophe in 2005. The vineyard spans 12,5 ha, divided between Claret, Saint-Mathieu and Assas. Since 2000, it has been converted to organic farming. A tasting: a slopes of stony aspen, from Syrah and Grenache, generous, round and gourmand.
