Christine and Olivier Jouvault, independent winemakers, welcome you to their wine estate, a family business that has been passed down for five generations. They took over the estate in 1998, perpetuating it by combining tradition and modernity. Their vineyard covers 24 hectares planted with Cabernet Franc for the reds and rosés, and Chenin for the whites. The clay-limestone and clay-siliceous soil of their domain gives birth to renowned wines that go well with white meat, poultry, red meat, even game or cheese.
