Discover the vat room, the barrel cellar and the tisanerie, where infusions are made from plants grown on site. Guided tours in French and English for groups of 4 or more will enable you to appreciate the AOC Côtes de Bergerac and Bergerac wines (white, red and rosé), followed by a convivial tasting. Domaine du Grand Jaure offers an online store where customers can order their favorite wines. The domaine offers a range of wines, including the Pécharmant Tradition 2020, a balanced and elegant wine with red fruit aromas. They also offer Pécharmant Terroir 2020, aged in oak barrels, with notes of black fruit and a lovely roundness on the palate. For lovers of white wines, the domaine offers Rosette 2022, with citrus notes and lovely freshness. They also offer Bergerac Sec 2022, an organic dry white wine with complex citrus and dried fruit aromas. Domaine du Grand Jaure wines can be ordered online and delivered.

Château Haute-Fonrousse is a winery located in Monbazillac. It offers an excellent alternative to Sauternes with its Monbazillac wine. This wine has a beautiful golden yellow color and aromas of peach and exotic fruit. On the palate, it is elegant and well-balanced, with a fruity finish. It can be enjoyed young, but will be even better after a few years' ageing. Château Haute-Fonrousse produces around 55,000 bottles a year, with a yield of 27 hl/ha. The terroir is clay-limestone, and vinification is carried out at low temperature. The wine is aged in cement and stainless steel vats before being bottled 24 months after harvest. Château Haute-Fonrousse also offers tastings on site.

Ideally located, it is between the slopes of Monbazillac and Bergerac. Château Ladesvignes is a wine estate in the process of being restructured in order to further improve the vinification process, which for certain wines is done in barrels for 18 months. The château is an independent winegrower and has been practicing sustainable agriculture for many years. The estate produces red Bergerac, dry white, sweet white, rosé, Monbazillac and a sparkling wine. The estate also has an online shop.

Located on the famous "Côte Nord" of Monbazillac, 5 km from Bergerac and the Dordogne, Château Le Fagé is a winery that has belonged to the GERAUD GERARDIN family for 8 generations. The estate offers a range of benchmark Bergerac wines. Château Le Fagé also regularly organizes tasting evenings during the summer season, with some exciting surprises planned for 2023.

The Château de Corbiac is a very ancient vineyard of 16.5 ha, perched on the ridge of the hillside of Péchalarming. Born in a family related to Cyrano de Bergerac, Antoine de Corbiac joined her mother Theresa on the exploitation. It represents the seventeenth generation on the field. This graduate in economic science and a third cycle in economic intelligence, has worked abroad in the distribution of wines and spirits and then in the new information technologies. In the field it combines qualitative know-how with a reasonable wine growing and traditional winemaking. It produces wines that are highly valued and award-winning by professionals and highly appreciated by lovers of sinking. 

Here, the bees are in paradise and reap beautiful fragrances that Peter Esnault transforms under the organic label. Honey, fresh and dry pollen, gingerbread, mead, honey vinegar, propolis, natural beeswax candles, nougat... so many treasures from the hive. He sells on the farm, on the markets of Piégut (Wednesday) and Brantôme (Friday all year round and Tuesday in season), and on farmers' markets. He also supplies AMAP orders. He welcomes visitors by appointment for a tour of his farm and its honey fallow land.

Guylaine and Jean-François, two lovers of the Périgord region, have taken over the producers' grocery store founded by Audrey and Muriel. They offer a fine selection of organic fruit and vegetables, cheeses, meats, snails, preserves, jams, beers and wine from 67 local suppliers located no more than 100 km from Terrasson. Guylaine and Jean-François are passionate about good food and products rooted in the terroir, and are passionate about advising customers and showing that local and gourmet can go hand in hand.

It's a Montignac institution! And one of the best patisseries in the area. For several years now, pastry chef Adrien Arn has taken over the former "Chocoline", offering a vast selection of excellent viennoiseries, classic pastry acorns, chocolates and ice creams, all homemade. An indoor and outdoor tearoom area allows you to enjoy a gourmet break overlooking the Vézère river. The company also offers a catering service for special events, and special recipes for the various festive seasons.

With over 40 different chestnut-based products (sold in some 30 stores in the Périgord region), Martine and Yves are passionate about their work and experts in the field. They cultivate and transform this nutrient-rich raw material, emblematic of the Périgord region. Creams, velvets, whole chestnuts, and even fresh chestnuts depending on the season, chestnuts come in sweet and savory varieties. Make no mistake: "Ailleurs-la-gnac" is not a village in Périgord Noir, but an excellent beer brewed by a micro-brewery in Rouffignac. Sold at local markets as far afield as Périgueux, it's a great incentive to prepare locavore aperitifs (and bring back authentic sparkling souvenirs - there's something for everyone). Direct from the producer! IF you like ice cream and farm products made from milk (yoghurts, fromage frais, cheeses...), you'll want to visit this five-generation organic farm. Here, the animals are well fed and graze all day long, and the various ingredients are organic and local wherever possible. A picnic area is available for visitors. If you weren't in the area, you should know that the various products of this excellent farm are available in various Périgord stores.

Agnès concocts jams cooked the old-fashioned way in copper cauldrons, but that's not all! In addition to her products, you can sample her walnut cakes, fruit jellies made with farm fruit and other specialties such as her crumble, on reservation. In her charming boutique, you'll find pumpkin and ginger soup, chestnut soup and Saint-Firmin soup, not to mention a wide selection of jams in a variety of original flavors. Summer vegetable sales

Laurence and Jean-Claude have been making gourmet products at Ferme de l'Herm since 1978. Their daughter, Marie-Delphine, has taken up the torch under the watchful eye and experience of her ever-present parents. The local products on offer come exclusively from the farm's own ducks. Pâté, rillettes, foie, medallions, magret, confits and other specialties can be found at the farm itself, and on Périgord markets. Poultry and lamb complete the menu of a production on a human scale.

The founders of the Brasserie Artisanale Bio La Nòvé wanted to create a local organic artisanal brewery, which is the human alchemy. It was born in September 2019, constituted as a SCOP. It is part of the Social and Solidarity Economy and therefore has a dual economic and social project. It is on a former military site called ESCAT that the Brasserie La Nòvé has come to lay its bottles and malt. This site is atypical, the vestige of a disappeared Perigord industry.

Jérôme Dumoulin is one of the three Master Mustard Craftsmen of France. He cultivates in his field, near his shop, 4,000 feet of chilli pepper, in the old-fashioned way, respecting nature, along the Vézère river. He makes all his products: mustard of course, which he uses in all sauces, but also chilli jelly, chilli pasta, and even nettle pasta, and from the vegetables in his garden, including tomatoes: ketchups. He tried the experiment of butternut squash pasta and nettle jelly. To taste!

Le Canard Joli is a long history of family tradition passed down through the generations. Quentin is the repository of his grandparents' recipes and the dexterity of the other grandfather. Here, he is in contact with the ducks and geese from his farm, to the sale on the markets. That's why the shop is often closed in the morning, he is often in Périgueux, Trélissac or Saint Yrieix. He enhances our gustatory desires from foie gras, and his figs filled with duck foie gras are snatched up like little candies.

Organized by the Association des Marchés Gourmands, this festive market will welcome you this summer, around the Tamniès pond.
