CHATEAU HAUTE-FONROUSSE
Read moreChâteau Haute-Fonrousse is a winery located in Monbazillac. It offers an excellent alternative to Sauternes with its Monbazillac wine. This wine has a beautiful golden yellow color and aromas of peach and exotic fruit. On the palate, it is elegant and well-balanced, with a fruity finish. It can be enjoyed young, but will be even better after a few years' ageing. Château Haute-Fonrousse produces around 55,000 bottles a year, with a yield of 27 hl/ha. The terroir is clay-limestone, and vinification is carried out at low temperature. The wine is aged in cement and stainless steel vats before being bottled 24 months after harvest. Château Haute-Fonrousse also offers tastings on site.
CHATEAU LADESVIGNES

Château Ladesvignes is a wine estate in the process of being restructured in order to further improve the vinification process, which for certain wines is done in barrels for 18 months.
